Took one for the team. Mixed review. Would I repeat? Possibly. 
The good: looks exactly like his pics. Great body, not shy with it. Good hygiene. Did what we agreed on in advance before meeting, including a couple of  items not on his “list.” Gives off a good vibe, seems like a “nice guy.” Not charging top dollar, or pushing the envelope on pricing. Didn’t just lay there, or just go through the motions. OTOH  also wasn’t the most passionate either.
The meh: my gut was right, he speaks almost no English. We used Google translate on his phone to talk. Which was partially endearing, and partially a minor inconvenience. It did limit conversation to pretty much the necessities and a few questions/ comments. I can imagine living here is difficult — unlike some who speak rudimentary English, or speak poorly, he seemed to not speak it at all. I felt for him, so tried to keep conversation to a minimum and not make him self-conscious about it. He understood a few words and some simple 3 word sentences, but nothing more complex. Did kiss a lot, but not a great kisser. Though it got better when I took control and showed him what I liked. 
The bad: when we were cuddling after, he got on his phone and was scrolling and texting. It was a minor thing, but I would have preferred his full attention, so to speak. He did sort of progress through the session a little quicker than I would like, but I did let him dictate the pace, unlike with many other others. On the other hand, once we were done, he didn’t jump up to leave and I did get my full time with him. 
I suspect a second meeting would be improved, as we know more what to expect from each other, how to communicate, and he did seem to want to give me what I wanted. I enjoyed myself, it just wasn’t a top of the line, must repeat experience either. Will I repeat? Perhaps. I’d say the pluses outweighed the minuses, and he’s worth another chance to see how/if he improves. So, at least a second meeting at some point has a chance of happening, depending on who else is available at the time, etc.

YMMV — maybe his performance is very client specific, and you get good service if he‘s attracted to you. Also, one of the worst excuses for a blowjob. Neither of these were a hygiene issue… I was freshly showered, etc. and never have had any complaints. 
 
Maybe specific to certain clients: his photos give him the look of a serious, masculine Latin man. In reality, he’s a fey gay with a somewhat high voice. Think Hank Azaria in The Birdcage. I almost sent him away within a minute of walking in the door. Huge turnoff for me. But I thought, I might as well try to get something for my money, and a good BJ is better than nothing. Nope—see above. So, I ended that, and so ended the “fun” after maybe 10 minutes of futility. 
 
Obviously YMMV, but go into it knowing what to expect. The pictures are definitively him, but don’t capture his true personality and manner.

I showed up at the agreed upon time and address, and he ghosted me. No apology, no explanation. In hindsight, for all I know, he gave me a fake address, though for what reason, I have no idea. I vowed that would be the last time that happened—he lost his chance to gain a client. 
 
However, many years passed, and he was like the one “regret” I had in not hiring.  Despite how he ghosted it me, he was one of only a few that have that extra level of attraction for me, that makes me want to try again. I can say I’ve come across maybe 3-4 men at most who could do that. The rest, I don’t care how hot you are, if you treat me like that, I’m done. And I’ve stuck with that decision, and never regretted it. 
 
But like I said… his ad pops up again, in Florida. I decide, maybe another chance. Even if I have to travel there, for this one time, it could be worth it. I reach out (not mentioning our prior incident). Bad communication delays on his end. But after some preliminaries, he tells me he wants to know my RM profile. Which I rotate on occasion (along with cells for my hobby—for privacy concerns), so it wasn’t the same one from years before. Within 12 hours he’s ghosted me and blocked my profile. I have no idea what set him off. My profile was bare bones (mostly physical description), we hadn’t discussed what I wanted to happen during the session yet, or anything like that. And I had sent 1-2 followup texts in the 12 hours. I’m thinking, how does he set up clients when he’s just blocking people for literally no obvious reason?
Fast forward, and again his ad is back. I was already planning a Florida trip, so I thought, let me reach out one more time. Maybe I’ll get lucky. Again, very delayed response via text, but finally I get him in an actual conversation. Discussed what I wanted, there was one thing he’s not into, which I said OK, we set up a time to meet and a time for me to send an Uber to pick him up, and where. He asks for my RM profile, which this time had literally nothing in it. A little while later, out of the blue, he contacts me and tells me he’s changed his mind. I asked him why, and he claimed he’s not into one of the things I wanted to do, despite earlier not only agreeing to it, but making a point to tell me how good he was. I offer to take that off the list, but again… he ghosts me and blocks me. We had an appointment set up, we had had the conversation on how the session was to go, were in agreement, then… nope. And what I wanted was mostly vanilla. Nothing wild or weird. 
 
I don’t know what sets him off. But he has obvious issues around this activity. I just don’t know if he’s like this all the time, or just in these instances. I have no idea what his problem is, but I don’t see how he ever meets anyone and gets these 5 star reviews. Maybe they just are dinner dates. Or maybe they are hot like him. No idea.

I suspect it depends on individual chemistry/attraction on his part, and/or his mood, and if “gay sounding” voices (for lack of a better term) turn you off or not. We’re not talking borderline, you can hear it a little now and then, inflections that may tip you off.
