A nice looking handsome man, yes! Jonathan Bailey is easy on the eyes as well! Adorable. The story is a bit uneven for me. I'm good with the acting. I especially like Baily. I'll keep watching.

Why? I was in the audience at a sold out Bette Midler concert, San Jose Arena, where everyone new the words and sang along to Crackin Up from Having Lack of Shackin Up. To each his own. For Swifties, there are just a lot more of them. Quite a phenomenon!

Paying for someone to touch me in sensual ways? Outrageous!! To the OP, I doubt they'll be a list.

Abercrombie and ex-CEO sued over sex trafficking accusations
TonyDown replied to 56harrisond's topic in The Lounge
Jeffries has been gone nearly 9 years. I don't know much about him, yet I assume a company CEO that allows piggy workplace behavior is taking his eye off the business enough to allow competitive advantage to languish. Their stock price has skyrocketed over the last year. The shareholders must be relieved the Jeffries affairs are in the past. -
The lead is great. There is some triggering stuff but still a good movie.

Are you "gay"? Are you "queer"? What the hell are you?!
TonyDown replied to + Charlie's topic in The Lounge
Good point. It's perfectly fine to be gay. Is it necessary to chime in with "by the way, I'm gay" or "I'm queer" at every gathering? Perhaps when announcing it to strangers or extremely casual acquaintances, would it be weird. Your choice though. You do you. -

Yes! But that sort of goes without saying based on my post, right? -

I'm gay. I understand "queer" acknowledges a larger umbrella of folks that vary from a "norm". As time passes I think back to guys in college that were attracted to me, affectionate and sometimes sexual. Now married, with families, I doubt if they identify as bi yet I believe they could identify that way. -
I also see the story as realistic. For example the portrayals show how these men are often on the prowl for anonymous sex, yet also have capacity at times to bond with each other. There is so much food for thought, and so many reveals in just the first episode. Too much? But I don't want to judge until a few more episodes. James Ivory once said that good looking actors make a good movie even better. Fellow Travelers is an example. ❤

I agree, Matt Bomer's character is not exactly a noble fellow. I will definitely continue watching.

Had 2nd session with Billy. Therapeutic with deep pressure and stretching. Very good IMO. I really need that. I did 90 min 👐 Nice guy. I still haven't tried Alex. His Sunday/Monday schedule is difficult for me.

Two members of one of my teams at work had COVID this month. I was not exposed. I called the Walmart pharmacy to schedule vaccination but they were out of vaccine. The demand is rising.

Anyone have recent experience with Alex?

I don't use bankrate.com either. Found Investorpedia recently but most all the rates were for credit unions.

With my library card I was able to stream Brazilian 2015 film "Seashore" on Kanopy.com Many of you might compare it to watching paint dry. I get it. The film is quiet and the pace is very slow. But for me Seashore weaves a poignant, coming of age story, with clever direction and spare dialogue, how I like some films. I will watch it again.

Finished Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Loved where they went with Suzy Meyerson. Next, The Bear on Hulu.

Too many talk shows on TV. I do like Whoopie most of the time. -
LGBTQ people feeling compelled to move to a different state
TonyDown replied to EZEtoGRU's topic in The Lounge
Thank you! I understand places like Oklahoma City, Des Moines and Dallas have strong gay communities. But I would feel too vulnerable living under those legal jurisdictions. I appreciate the protections that exist in California. But to get away from the expense and crowds of California, states such as Minnesota and Illinois sound reasonable. A friend recently moved to the Saugutuk-Douglas gay friendly area of Michigan. That is as far east as I would consider. -
Guy at gay nude beach brags how easy it is to 'rig up' with a stranger
TonyDown replied to Ali Gator's topic in The Lounge
Thank you for sharing. I used to take my dogs to the gay beach at San Onofre. So beautiful there and they loved it. Anyone been to this video location? I did some internet searching and found likely possibilities. If anyone has actually visited this very spot where this vlog was recorded, would you please share the name of the beach? As far as how easy to get with a stranger, his dogs and his personality helped. I guess he could go to the next level and teach the pooches to sit up and beg. 😆 -
I noticed all email notifications from Twitter stopped same time. I added Company of Men to my email CONTACTS. Maybe that will resolve this.

LGBTQ people feeling compelled to move to a different state
TonyDown replied to EZEtoGRU's topic in The Lounge
I would consider leaving where I live now because it is crowded and expensive. However the state laws where I come from have become very anti LGBTQ. Am I hijacking the thread (hope not) to ask what are some affordable cities that are relatively safe for LGBTQ people? -
