Gas Buddy shows an Arco station with a cash price of $1.779 and credit price of $1.879 about a mile from me.

I remember back in 1986 when the price of a barrel of crude oil was between $20 and $30. I was living in Houston at the time going to school. La Colombe D'Or a very fancy boutique hotel/restaurant was running a promotion. They were offering a 4 course lunch for the same daily price as that of a barrel of crude oil. A group of about 6 of us bagged school, got all dressed up, and went to a fine dining experience for around $28.

He sure does purchase RentMan Of the Day status often. (Seinfeld voice: "Not that there's anything wrong with that . . .")

Wondering what, if any, impressions that makes on prospective clients . . .

I suspect that they aren't the slightest bit interested in providing a "release," but they think that everyone expects it, and they do it without enthusiasm, just to keep clients happy. If the "happy ending" doesn't make clients happy, they should probably forget about it. A bad one, like you experienced, is probably worse than none at all. They give a great massage, according to what you and others say; they probably should leave it at that.

I'm somewhat of a grudge holder, but it also depends on the offense. The older I get, the easier it is to cut people out (note I said cut out, not just cut!). I had a "friend" from NYC that held a grudge against me. No matter what I did to make amends (though I knew what I did to cause the grudge), it was never good enough. After a while I realized this person just wasn't worth my time or energy, and I cut ties completely.

Billy released another video this past weekend and I viewed part of it. There's such an underlying desperation for validation in his videos that turn me off. It's kind of depressing actually.

Thanks. Glad I don't shop there. I did take a look at his twitter. He does the same stuff other guys do (like endlessly repost the same pics) but there's just a sad desperate quality to it. Also, no mention of "Seth". They were packaged as a couple for awhile and didn't they get married? Usually guys who are partnered that publicly mention their hubby in their posts even if they're basically selling themselves.

I own in a very small condo building. Half of the units in the building are rented out, much to the chagrin to those of us who own and reside in the building. A year or so ago, I noticed various strangers coming and going with suitcases into the unit next to mine (which happened to be rented out). One evening as I was exiting my unit I ran into two such Air BnB customers who were entering that particular unit, and asked how which website they used. They confirmed Air BnB. We already had language in our condo rules and regulations about temporary renters, but we have since updated them specifically spelling out about renting through various websites such as Air BnB. Needless to say the owner of that unit was fined and the tenant thrown out. Upon renting, Tenant's are supposed to sign and acknowledge that they've read and understood our rules and regulations.

I am not comfortable seeing an escort or massuer in a property they're staying at through those kind of sites, and have turned down seeing guys because of that.

Being on the other end of having a lot of strangers coming and going next door, I find it a little troublesome to say the least.

Gio has been around a while. At least 8 years. I saw him when he was new and no way near as buffed. He lived in a tiny one room apartment off of 8th avenue. He was very nice, friendly and out going. The body was beautiful but again not as buffed as he is now. I knew about the escort work but the massage was very, very good. Lots of body contact. He got naked(yum) complimented my booty(grin) and the ending was very erotic. A KEEPER. Fast forward 8 years later. He is in a highend apartment, really nice. He has done well. The body is more muscular, but the massage was lacking. He seemed tired and on "automatic pilot." Not very engaged at all. Maybe he was just tired but then he should have cancelled the appointment. It was OK, but just OK. I have no desire to go back. My 2 cents.

I started masturbating regularly when I was about eight years old, but I don't remember what I was thinking about while it happened. However, when I was twelve, I remember thinking about one of my classmates, Ricky Hill, who was more physically mature than the rest of the class, and very cute; I thought about what he looked like when he was naked in the gym locker room. The next summer, I was staying at my grandmother's house, and started reading a crime novel she had in the house, Raymond Chandler's The Big Sleep, which has a homosexual character in it. When Philip Marlowe makes a crack to him that suggests the possibility that he might be forced to perform oral sex on Marlowe, I suddenly realized that was what I wanted to do!

As a footnote, at my 50th high school reunion, I was engaged in conversation by a bald, grey, dumpy old guy whom I didn't recognize until I glanced at his name tag--it was Ricky Hill.
