There are reasons to still use condoms aside from HIV. But a lot of people are only "really" worried about HIV. Meanwhile due to the spread of HPV, head and neck cancers are increasing.

The case for PreP is statistically somewhat less compelling if you are an exclusive top and also circumcised(i.e. it's riskier bottoming with a condom than topping without one).
