I talked to Trev yesterday (there was a lot more than talking (🍆👅🍑💋) and he confirmed he was taking a break for a month or so. He'll see some regulars but you won't see the full ad for a bit. He'll be back.

Don't forget that HIV is not your only exposure from unprotected sex. STIs are a major problem and some are becoming drug resistant.

Metamucil does help but it's way overpriced. It's basically psyllium and sugar. I just buy psyllium from the bulk store. Cheaper that way. Take it every day. Your colon will thank you as you get older. If for one time, I'd start two weeks ahead so your body gets used to it. At first it may cause gas and bloating.
