I've taken a chance on two guys with very limited English, only because they were both incredibly hot. Two of the best hires ever. I got lucky but somsometimes you have to take a chance.

I average one a month. It's as often as 2 a week and I can go a couple of months without hiring. I took a break when the pandemic started but eventually the horny outweighed the covid avoidance.

I never talk about it with friends. They either can't afford it and there are enough jealousy issues already or they wouldn't understand. I only discuss it here or with a provider. -
