Agree with you here. Early in my agreement with my other half there was to be no oral simply to reduce the worry about STIs etc and because that was ‘cheating’. We’ve moved past this but it may be a consideration for many clients - not wanting to have to explain things to anyone. Thus, the HE is hands only until a subsequent visit or more open communication.

I rarely tip but I only see experienced/expensive guys at their places/hotels who are asking for how much they think they deserve (220+ usually).
