Right. That is about Starwood accepting Anbang's offer. Doesn't say Marriott is not pursuing a higher offer.

Quite interesting and creative indeed! I would think that there would be many possibilities in NYC! It would be a much better thing for the graffiti artists to remove the dirt and grime as opposed to adding to it.

Based on charcoal drawings of the frieze’s figures, which are on view in the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, and videos on the Tevereterno website, “Triumphs and Laments” tackles Roman history and culture in all its brutality and glamour. Kentridge’s drawings, which will appear in more boldly outlined, simplified forms when converted to stencils, include scenes of war, kings, victory, mythology, and devastation. Even Anita Ekberg and Marcello Mastroianni make an appearance. Kentridge explains: “It’s about taking fragments and constructing what could be a possible history.”

Although the work’s themes seem eternal, the nature of its creation ensures ephemerality — a subtle way to comment on the current crisis of environmental degradation. The limited lifespanof “Triumphs and Laments” is in direct contrast to Rome’s many monuments created by failed empires in times of hubris. It suggests that the permanence of the manmade is increasingly an impossibility. As Kentridge says: “It gets much more complicated as one gets to a more contemporary era as to what is the triumph and what is the lament.”

Doing a Google search on his email addy revealed links to his YouTube Channel, but nothing on Xtube. I noticed he has not posted new content in a while, so it is not unlikely that he has taken down his XTube channel. Alternatively, you could shoot him an email, compliment him on his reviews, and ask if he could share his XTube name with you.

Back in 2001 I worked for a healthcare technology company. The guy in the next cubicle had AT&T as his provider, complete with their then-signature ringtone that was as annoying as all get out. Especially when said co-worker would leave his cell phone on his desk, ringer turned up, and walk away for an hour or two while the cell phone went off every ten minutes. He was warned several times and told to turn the ringer off. One day, the thing went off seven or eight times within an hour and our director grabbed it, tossed it in the toilet, fished it out, dried it off, and put it back on his desk.

He silenced the ringer on the replacement.

I recall a story, heard on the radio, probably. A bunch of men were on a remote river, together for a package tour of fishing in the wilderness. One man had a satellite phone, and was using it way too often.

One of the men eventually got fed up, snatched the phone away and tossed it in the river.

rvwnsd got a reaction from njr47 in 411 on Trophyhusband
Let's take a look at this review through the lens of issues and concerns that are posted to these forums every day:

Experience: Recommended by another escort I already knew, Trophyhusband (TH) much prefers direct phone contact to communicate.

The majority of threads on the topic of "communication" express a strong preference to telephone contact. This statement indicates the escort prefers phone contact. Good thing to know if a prospective client likes to make phone contact rather than text or eail contact, especially those who will not book an appointment without a phone conversation.

Texting the number is an acceptable second place and email comes in a distant third!

    See above

As always, please be patient for a reply if he doesn't answer.

I have lost count of the number of times posters have complained about slow responses. This is very good information for those who want an immediate response (maybe find someone else) and those who obsess over a delayed response.

TH is a Texas native and is very much a 100% masculine good ol' boy. Very casual, friendly, chatty, and very eager to have fun and hang out.

One of the topics that comes up over and over again is escort's masculinity and ability to converse. Both questions answered in the review.

The ad pictures match, but he does look better and younger in person.

Having participated in this forum for 10 years and lurked for years before that, I've found the question of an escort looking like his pictures is probably the number one question on this forum. Now we know he looks like his pics.

Most of these ad pictures are unposed, quicky selfies.

Another frequent topic is that of over-posed, photoshopped pics. Apparently, not a problem here.

TH is definitely not a highly-groomed, tweezed, GQ-model type. Very real and very unpretentious. He's not a muscle freak, but has the look of a regular in-shape dude in his early 30s.

Many guys are looking for a model type while others want a "regular guy." This helps both groups of potential clients determine whether TH is the right guy for them.

Interaction with TH will very much depend on the ol' "chemistry" thing. If you're a cool guy and having fun, are respectful and nice, you'll probably have a great time with TH.

Sounds like TH might not be a match for every potential client. Good for them to know. Helps to avoid making a hiring mistake.

He's definitely more than "stand and pose". As usual, be discreet about discussing expectations before and during the meet.

Another frequently asked question is what to say to an escort when contacting him. This reviewer has answered that question. Be discrete.

I'm not much into kissing or anal with anybody and I had a fantastic time with TH. I got all I wanted out of the meeting. We both had a couple cheap beers down in the lobby and talked a lot about the business and stuff.

Like every review, this review captures the reviewer's experience. This reviewer wanted to hang out and have a beer. Another reviewer might want to be forced into get throat-f*&^ed. It sounds like it accurately described the experience this reviewer was looking for.

He's busy with other projects in LA, so be patient contacting TH. If you like a very casual, friendly, good-looking, guy-next-door dude, TH is your man.

Sounds like a good summary to me.

I taught Advanced Placement Art History yet I have very mixed feeling about various art museums.

    1. Louvre – I absolutely HATE this museum. I hate the constant crowds besides 75% of the contents is pure shit. The other 25% is quite wonderful if you can get close enough to enjoy it.
    2. D’Orsay - I absolutely LOVE this museum. Although I’m not a great fan of Impressionism the lay out and setting are great.
    3. Uffizi – Probably my favorite art museum. 90% of its contents are wonderful. Crowds can be daunting but if one goes early or late it’s fine.
    4. New York Metropolitan – Some really wonderful things but also a good amount of junk. Its special exhibitions are frequently outstanding. The price is right – donation only requested.
    5. J. Paul Getty – A perfect example where the building architecture takes precedent over the contents. One spends a great deal of time going up and down and up and down. Richard Meier could have cared less about properly displaying the art works. It was all about his building. He absolutely hated Robert Irwin’s garden design and walked off the site when he could not get it changed to meet his idea of what it should be. As far as I'm concerned the best thing about this museum IS the garden.
    6. The Norton Simons – Is a very nice small museum in Pasadena, CA that has a few really nice things and very small crowds.
    7. British Museum – Not really an art museum but has a large numbers of very interesting things including the Elgin Marbles (now for the sake of political correctness called the Parthenon Marbles), and the Rosetta Stone.
All of the above are great places to guy watch.

P.S. I have always wanted to visit the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and they are both on my bucket list.
