It has truly bothered me how corporate media has adversely affected our being told the truth; thus when it's been presented-- the commentator is released. I try to obtain my news from Free Speech Television, NPR, Democracy Now, and from what I can glean from the net.

Last night's episode (12.11.23) brought back lots of memories: Harvey Milk's assassination along with the aftermaths that followed in 1977. In 1978, I was in San Francisco as a member of some club for gay men.
After we had eaten our pot luck dinner, we assembled on Market Street, with candles in hand, and marched down Market Street to stand in front of City Hall to pay honor to our fallen brother.
Next week the final episode will conclude this series. I'm patiently awaiting.

I like this post and feel bad that I can't remember the names of some of "the best" who are now retired. Hope you readers don't mind reading a little text.
Most of my fun occurred in San Francisco and San Jose, California.
There was dear Charles of Indian descent who was a master top. He and I saw each other during the late 90s and the early 2000s. In 2005 I tore a ligament in my right knee while traveling in Santo Domingo. After I returned to the States, I was out of commission for six weeks (...could not drive an auto.). Charles drove down to Monterey twice from San Jose and pleased me while I lay in my townhouse and out of commission. In fact, from all of our times being together, he royally fucked me in my own bed, the only one to have done such, for almost all of my fun has taken place in San Francisco.
There is another guy in San Jose whose name has completely escaped me--one sweetheart. He was in the process of retiring during the time that we'd met for the fourth or fifth time.
There was oh so, so, so, delicious Ricardo, a young and very hot n handsome Brazilian student in San Francisco. Many fun times were had there by the two of us.
...a well-known guy from Atlanta whose name is blank to me now, but not he himself. Some of you veterans of 20 years+ might bring his name back to me.
Eduardo in San Francisco had the most talented mouth, and he kept my nips aflame. One night he and I went to the now defunct Hob Tubs on Geary Street in San Francisco. ...toked a bit prior to entering, and when the both of us hit that bubbling hot tub, my oh my oh myyyyyyyyy! I still vividly recall that experience and Eduardo and me. He and I continued a distant relationship via Facebook until a few months back. I contacted him at his substitute FB page, and he is basically retired, has an older man to whom he indicated that they were engaged, and from his posts, he's a superb gardener. He and I had some very good and meaningful times together.
Thanks Maryland for this initial thread. Again I apologize for not precisely remembering although I'd loved to have cited others.

I've never given your concern any thought, and I have rented Airbnb apartments while visiting in Barcelona, Berlin, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Los Angeles. I've rented the apartments, all liked except the one in the latter city that I cited above. ...have rented and have had loads of fun without undergoing any repercussions.
For providers: Do you have the same concerns? When traveling have you opted to save money by choosing a short term rental property rather than a hotel? Or do you have the same privacy concerns I have?For clients: Your thoughts/experiences?
