We live in an age of deep fakes. If you have an online presence, anyone could make up a story about you hiring hookers for scat play. And mostly no one will care. Certainly not the police.

Well.....considering that the police just busted a couple of guys in a hotel a few blocks from my home (one that is used by many of the escorts who come through town), I'm not sure it's accurate to say police don't care.  If I remember correctly, it's happened quite a few times in Texas recently as well.  I'll stick to the anonymous route.

I’d think a description of yourself would be sufficient so that there’s some amount of familiarity that the person the escort is meeting is the one who contacted him, as well as to alert the escort to anything major that could be a dealbreaker (ie I think it’s important that he knows how short I am).

Same here.  I provide a description but would never provide a photo.   I completely agree with Simon above.   I'm paying $300+ for a service and in my opinion, that includes anonymity to some degree.   I'm kind of surprised to read that so many other guys send their pics to an escort for what is still (unfortunately) an illegal activity.  I've met enough crazy providers to know it is likely not in my best interest for them to have my photo and attached message asking about their rate and sexual interests.   In all my years of hiring, I think I've been asked to send a photo twice.  Both times I refused and they still saw me.

Nah. We just are so used to over-exageratted sizes that we forget that a 7" dick is actually pretty rare. Probably only about 5% or even fewer men have a 7+" dick. (18cm is about 7 inches for conversion). Obviously escorts and porn stars are in that top 5% for a reason. But truly the vast majority of guys are more in th 5-6" range.

If studies are correct, the average is 5.17 inches erect and 95% of men fall into the 4-6" range.  Only 1% are longer than 7 inches.  It seems like a lot of the guys must measure from their navels.

He’s right. I guess I’m one of the ‘older’ guys in the business - in the daddy category. There’s no shortage of younger guys wanting a daddy experience, and prepared to hire for it. There’s also plenty of older guys looking for things that older providers can provide that younger guys can’t or won’t do, such as intimacy, being empathetic and actually turning up on time not being hung over or high and treating their client as a person rather than just another punter (apologies to those younger guys in the business who are professional- I don’t mean to stereotype, younger reliable guys do exist but are not easy to find in the crowd!)

That’s the other thing. There’s loads of younger guys doing sex work, with a wide range of quality. There’s far fewer older guys, and those who are doing it have stuck around at it because they’re good. People hire for all sorts of reasons and age is not necessarily a factor that matters for many of those reasons.

Exactly.  I would definitely hire providers in their fifties and older but there are so few of them in this industry that I have little choice.

With these 4x comments on body and oral hygiene, stiffing on time, and body not matching the pictures, the recent consistent trend is thumbs down on Machostudd and his rentmasseur alter-ego, manlybudy. I just checked his rentmasseur ad pictures - his current body most definitely is much less muscular than in the pictures.

Plus, just to pile on, when I was with him it was clear his mom never taught to him to use indoor voice. He was nice but loud in conversation.

LOL.   Yes, that is very true.  I forgot to mention that and just assumed he was losing his hearing to some extent. He does talk very loud.

One of the most disappointing sessions I've encountered. I was reminded why I don't try guys from out of town. I texted and booked a sensual-mutual touch massage yesterday.  Upon arrival, I was immediately quoted a higher price than what is online for what I booked. That's a red flag and a turn off.  The massage was ONLY therapeutic and seemed like he was rushing through it. Nothing sensual about it at all. Nothing delivered that we talked about. It ended up being one of the most expensive 45 minute therapeutic massages I have had. I could have gone to a nice spa and got the same thing for less. After I left I immediately called one of my local providers to get the full body massage experience I was hoping for. Lesson learned! Wow what an expensive day!!!

I had the same experience.  Despite discussing expectations in advance, he incorporated zero sensual/erotic elements into the massage.  When I arrived at his hotel, he had bags of food all over the place, the room reeked of his dinner (which he was finishing when I arrived).   As I was getting dressed, he must have sensed I was disappointed because he blocked me the minute I left his room.   I guess he wanted to be sure he didn't get a negative review.

I saw him recently and wouldn't repeat. Though not quite as negative as jgkarma, I am close. I can't say that the session wasn't good but for the amount I paid, it wasn't worth it.

He still has a nice body but not like that in the pictures.

And as someone else in the other thread wrote, he didn't smell daisy fresh. He could've showered and brushed his teeth/used mouthwash after his previous meal. I like a little musk but not to the point where I steer away from the musky area or hold my breath.

Plus he shorted me by 30 minutes. Once I came, he began a process of ushering me out the door.

Based on all of the glowing reviews for members in the other thread, I had high hopes for an incredible experience.

Sorry to hear about your experience.  It sounds like something has definitely changed with him.  I've known him for many years and used to see him quite often.  He was always a power bottom in the past but seems like he is mainly/only a top now.  As you experienced as well, the last couple of times I saw him his hygiene was was not good.  The last time was horrible and so I quite seeing him.   I understand certain things can happen but that wasn't the case here.  This was literally not cleaning at all between clients.

the RM chat/message method is available for me......but I don't currently know if that means it's only because I'm a registered RM member and/or if it's because I'm a paying Premium member.....

It works for me as well and I'm not a paying member.

If most of your friends are gay, you're probably living the lifestyle of a gay person.

Both my wife and I dabbled in same sex relationships and decided it wasn't for us. Neither of us enjoyed that lifestyle habit where gays only socialize with other gays.

Thats where "gay lifestyle" starts: Isolating yourself from mainstream society.

That's definitely not me nor anyone else I know.   Maybe that's common in NYC or other cities with large gay populations?

Two men are facing misdemeanor prostitution charges after one of them rented a hotel room and called police...

Bad things happen. Always keep your wits about you. A situation can go from making out to handcuffs quick if the hire is off in the head.

That being said, I have hired for a long time. Only twice have things gone sideways. Neither of which resulted in charges but they did involve drugs.

The long and the short of it is this: you both have a lot to lose but if one's lot is much bigger, then the other will want a part of it.

This is why I hire guys who are quality. If they have as much to lose as you, then you'll likely have minor issues.

This is very unusual in Michigan and especially in Royal Oak which has a large gay community.   This hotel is used by a lot of escorts so I'm sure the cops were already aware of what often goes on there.  Sounds to me like this was a hire gone bad and the cops were called.

Thank you very much, I hadn't read about this study/finding.  Very interesting to me, and it was great that they quoted Dean Hammer at the end.  I loved his study, and I NEVER understood why gays were so opposed to him and his finding/hypothesis.  I have a hard time reconciling Bogaert's Y Chromosome finding/hypothesis, which makes sense, with  Dean Hammer's XQ28 ( I used to have that T-shirt!).  And so I asked Perplexity, which told me this (but I still don't see the connection):

In summary, Bogaert's and Hamer's studies complement each other by providing a more comprehensive understanding of the biological underpinnings of male homosexuality, involving both genetic and maternal immune factors. Their combined research supports the view that sexual orientation has a biological basis, rather than being solely a matter of choice or social/environmental influences.

Thank you for bringing up Dean Hammer.  My ex-partner was part of his original study back in the early 90's because he had a gay brother.  I was asked to be part of the study because I too have an older gay brother but they had enough participants by the time I tried to sign up.  We are both middle children. In the case of my ex, he was the youngest of four brothers and his gay brother was the eldest so they were the opposite.  In regards to the potential maternal connection, my mom had three gay brothers so who knows, maybe there is something to that.   At this point, nobody knows the reason but the topic comes up on this forum every few months with the usual characters insisting they "chose" their sexual orientation vs. "choosing" their actions/reaction to it.

Can someone also explain the so-called "gay lifestyle" to me?  I'm gay, my brother is gay..we both came out when we were in diapers.  Never had any issues with sexual orientation or identity.  Many or most of my friends and plenty of my family are gay.   None of us (as far as we know) live a "gay lifestyle" and not really sure what that means.  Does that mean we are in a gay relationship?  If yes, then I guess we all live a gay lifestyle.  Does that mean we use the word queer, watch Bravo, are only interested in going to the gym, walk around with our shirts off 90% of the time and call each other "Bitch"?  I've known thousands of gay men during my life but I've never met anyone into that stuff.   Every time I hear that term "gay lifestyle" I cringe-always wondering exactly what is meant by that.

Anally penetrated by what and for how long?  Penetrated by a vibrator or a finger?... Probably not.   Penetrated by a penis wearing a condom?....I say it doesn't count as sex if there is no skin to skin contact.  Penetrated by a tongue?...I say yes!

Sex with a condom doesn't count as sex?  That's a new one for me but maybe I'm getting old.

I was mistaken. Jordan and Valentin don't offer threesomes, only 4 handed massages. Glad to hear you enjoyed being with one.

Are you sure about that?   They definitely did in the past but maybe they have stopped.

  14. There is a lot of talk on here that a lower rate will mean a lesser experience, the provider will short you on time, he'll be located in a seedy hotel, etc.    I have never found that to be the case at all.   That's exactly what they want you to think.  Some/most of my best hires were actually with guys that are fairly new to the industry and trying to build up their client base or just simply offer their services at a lower price point.  The rate is definitely not a good indicator of quality in my opinion.
