It’s not unreasonable at all for hobbyists to judge providers based on our likes/preferences. It’s the manner in which it’s done that’s issue. 

The OP asked for feedback on this particular provider - totally normal. What I think is unnecessary is when other hobbyists chime in -when they have no experience with the provider, and have no intention to engage them - picking apart the provider’s body, appearance AND talking down to hobbyists about our choices, about how this must be the best we can hope to get, AND THEN proceeds to go on about how sexy, hot they are. It’s just so condescending, so patronizing, and so unnecessary. 

Now if someone asks for feedback on a provider, and a hobbyist replies they’ve engaged them, and the pictures are out of date, the body is not what the pics show, etc. that’s different. 

The former is rude, the latter is informative. 

How many times have I opened a “411” thread, clicked the link, and seen a provider that’s not my type, that I don’t think is attractive? Plenty. But I don’t add a comment to the thread expressing any of that, or any faults I find with his appearance, or any judgement I have for hobbyists who go for that type. I just close the thread, and move on. That’s how this is supposed to work. 

Just my two cents. I will add a third cent - in anonymous forums when people start talking about how worldly they are, how well heeled they are, how desirable, hot, and sexy they are, my experience has been chances are, they’re none of the above.

I’d reiterate that there are no stats to back up this assumption. Just an opinion. An opinion formed from assuming that because you don’t pay for a membership you’re inexperienced in hiring, it would seem to suggest as well, therefore not worth listening to. If you don’t pay RM, your opinion doesn’t matter effectively. 

But there’s the rub. Not all critics are created equal. You admire certain ones. Not every one, and certainly not because they’re film critics. Look – if someone wants to think they’re an expert in hiring guys, fine. A connoisseur. Whatever. I don’t rightly care about that. I care about the actual experience with said guy, and I don’t think you need to have hired a lot of times to know if you had a good time or not. And for that matter, I might actually be inclined to listen to the “newbie” more because it shows just how attentive the escort is to making for an overall relaxing situation, given “newbies” don’t know the ins and outs like experienced guys.

@DrownedBoy, if they’re still removing negative reviews even after the new policy went into effect, it’s not a helpful picture.

Actually…I find film critics and their opinions insufferable. And often the films they find good, I think are shit. And vice versa. So of you’re saying you’re to escorts as a film critic is to films, then I’m going to disregard your opinion as I do professional film reviewers. I trust the opinions of normal people…

Agreed! This is 100% true!
But it does not at all follow that he who has met more providers makes "better assessments." There are some pretty savvy, well spoken, articulate,  AND frugal posters withing the Company of Men too.

I’m eh on them. I don’t see the appeal. When I’ve used them, I’ve found them uncomfortable. And when I find out a guy’s been wearing one all night, it feels like a pushup bra to me…But I also don’t need him to be erect to appreciate his dick. Isn't this effectively saying that rich people write "better assessments"/reviews? As Margo Channing said: How nice for you, how nice for the escorts you like, how nice for everybody.  Or something like that. 😉

I get tired of the working assumption here that providers are always the victim of bad behavior from clients. Are there bad clients? Yes. I’m highly doubtful the situation is nearly as bad as we’re led to believe. There are also shitty providers. They deserve to have bad reviews and have them stay posted. That’s just one of the reason why I won’t write a review and consider the reviews worth less than the paper they’re written on.
@KensingtonHomo, even such texts can be met with tepid, unprofessional, seemingly uninterested responses from providers from the get-go. If that happens, I figure this guy’s a waste of MY time. And most definitely my money.

@rvwnsd, of course you need a VPN from the US. But you still won’t get the written reviews on the rent.men even with a VPN. The VPN wasn’t the point; the point was that you can read the written reviews on rentmen.eu.
Is the picture with the photo and date from a computer? If it’s your phone, how’d you get that on rent.men? I have never seen the dates on photos on rent.men on my phone. I already knew you could see the date on the desktop view for the site. 

I would think paying for a membership to Rentmen would entitle a subscriber to have any honest, less-than-five-star review stay on display, rather than being subject to removal by the provider.
Speaking of reviews, are there any plans to resurrect that function on this site?
