I’ve found masseurfinder to be worth it. Just on this last trip, i apparently forgot to put my travel dates to dallas on, and booked 3 appointments on the drive down.

It tends to have the best SEO compared to other sites (though they may have killed themselves last month) and the biggest reach.

Reviews are hard to get, and MF changed the rules recently. But keep at it. I know my friend will give someone a discount on their next appointment if they leave a review.

But in my opinion masseurfinder is worth it.

I’m a client and, honestly, I hire more from MF than other sites. Of course with the recent changes it is hard to actually tell the masseur that is purely therapeutic and he ones that provide more sensual offerings.

As far as reviews, I don’t think we can post now at the site since the change.

My 2 cents, it's not worth it. I gave them, and Massagem4m, thousands of dollars throughout the years and in the beginning I suspect I drew eyes to their sites. Once male4male website policies had to change as a result of the rentboy raid, each site made me feel as if I were a problem, not a 15-year-long customer they should work with.

Unfortunately, I'm told clients view those listing on rent masseur as only capable of rub and tug,. That's why clients often don't utilize it.

I just posted two great masseurs I used through the years on another post and found them through masseurfinder in NYC. As one who consistently writes reviews I stopped completely doing that once they required you to do log in through Facebook. That will never happen. I feel kind of squeamish in posting here regarding those masseurs who also provide great sex. I don't want those guys to get in trouble or lose their business because of it. So I tend now to strictly go to Rentmen..

Hmm. So we're told by some clients hire often from it, and by others clients don't use it that much. Any other thoughts? Are any escorts (or masseurs) getting a good amount of business from masseurfinder?

Masseur here doing outcalls only. Yes Masseurfinder is good for business. But of course the best thing to do is provide great and friendly services and you will get a full practice of repeat clients. I take the Platinum level (277.77 per month) and am pretty discerning who I work with. Not in body type, age, etc. but in the fact that I actually want to relate with clients and be treated with respect. Not that other ways of being are bad that is just what works for me at this stage of mid-life. In addition to regulars that I have gotten over the past 13 years on Masseurfinder I currently get 2-3 new clients a week. Massagem4m, which I pay 49 a month, currently nets about 4 clients a year. I know that everyone has a different business model but I really focus on longer term massage relationships.

I’ve not been there since I moved out of Denver.

However, in this climate it may be worth to try some new things. Different websites work differently in different areas. I personally don’t like MFs pricing structure.

Rentmen is my go to, but these games being played are getting on my last. Mainly in Florida. Idk what it is with the guys out here. Just too many games. I need to run away for a few weeks or something.

My only thing with massage sites is, I just feel sly when someone contacts me saying they just want a massage. Rarely does it end up that way. Yes, I do massage. I can get all the kinks and work all the muscles. But I can’t charge $250 for a massage without getting partially scolded for my rates. And personally, due to the fact that I have to travel for all of my appointments, I can’t justify charging the same for a massage like I did back in 2010 when I lived in San Antonio and paid only $475 a month to rent a 1 bedroom.

I’m not not charging for massage. I’m charging for the entire experience. I prefer to know exactly what someone wants, versus saying stuff like “deep penetrating massage” or prostate massage etc. You want an escort/masseur to fuck you? Just say it then...

In over 20 years geared more to providing the massage end of the spectrum I have a couple of thoughts. There is the “conquest end” I am thinking of one client in particular who I worked with him

and his husband for about 8 years. He certainly had the money to pay for escort services (they hired an array of them weekly to supplement their sex life.). And they had decided that they wanted to hire me for weekly massage. The problem for me was he (not his husband) pushed for more every session. So I finally bluntly asked what was going on? I got a tearful response about conquest and a promise to respect boundaries that remained kept until the end of our journey together.

My second thought is the bargain escort theory. Rightfully massage services generally are cheaper than escort services. More energy exchanged=more money charged seems like a fair equation. So a certain percentage of customers who use massage sites are trying to see if they can “trip” the equation and get more energy for less money. Like you I think why not just be a grown up and be clear with what you want? And in the tenuous times that the industry is going through why open up these sites to trouble? But in the recent governmental changes this dynamic has been set into hyperdrive in my experience.

I'm noticing that your question would serve a better purpose in the spa section, since asking escorts about placing massage ads doesn't make a whole lot of sense. For me and many others, we aim low and hope high (hire a masseur hoping for more) rather than aim high from the get go only to be potentially disappointed and out a lot of donation funds.

I don't see why I shouldn't be asking other escorts if masseur finder is good. Are they not wanting to know what's going on in another website for their business. I've seen a lot of guys on here that are escorts and have masseur finder profiles as well. I don't care so much about asking a client because ultimately you're not in the business. As for those that answered my question thank you. I'm not trying to be rude but my audience was for the escorts. I've done quite well for myself on rentmen and rentmasseur as well as Adam 4adam. And I paid the 277 on masseur finder. But I'm just finding that masseur finder even though I did my reoccuring for this month, this will most likely be the last month that I advertise on massuerfinder. It just doesn't live up to the hype anymore.

  • 3 weeks later...

After they changed the policies, MassuerFinder and Massage M4M are really not worth it. Some of the new policies are rather ridiculous. No shirtless photos, No Flexing, etc.. I Have no idea how these things would "Flag them" as a website. I mean have they not looked at Instagram "models" and what's allowed there? lol. They make you post rather G photos now or nothing. So I stopped advertising with them. RentMassuer lets you have more freedom, so I feel they're the future. They also don't allow anything overtly sexual, as it's a massage website not an escort site. But general shirtless pix and/or photos of you flexing an arm ARE NOT SEXUAL. lol...Rent Massuer seems to understand that and allows you to post topless pics. I just don't understand the draconian policies of these websites. MF and M4M won't even let you post a casual photo of you at the beach WHERE EVERY GUY IS SHIRTLESS. lol. It's so stupid.

From a client's perspective, MF and MM4M are useless and not worth the bother. The latest MF-ism is when you open an ad in a new tab the tab displaying the search results goes blank. You can refresh the page, but why have to do that?

My advice to any provider is to avoid those sites - they are a waste of your advertising dollar.

MASSEURFINDER was for years the #1 website for gay massage . Now with the changes it's really hard for masseurs to advertise. In one or two years from now MF will be nothing. Rentmasseur will take the place of #1 website . Rentmasseur is based in Netherland so the new laws can't not apply to them.

I myself have been contemplating the masseurfinder site as well, but based on what you said...I’d have the same reservations.

If anyone recalls, years ago rentmen when it first started, was a very odd site. Most of the contacts from the site were email flakes. Eventually, it developed and evolved to being the #1 site. However, it seems to still have a level of flake factor that reminds me of its former days.

Part of me wants to get off rentmen and go back to use masseurfinder exclusively. That would likely even mean getting off of the escorting end of things and keeping it strictly massage.

The issue I have with masseurfinder is that I will no longer leave reviews because you must log in thru Facebook. That ain't happening. Plus guys who are on rentmen and masseurfinder in NYC are sort of playing with the fine line between escorting and massage. I also won't leave a review here so that I won't compromise the masseur.

My issue is their prices. It used to be $59 for a decent ad. $277 is too much for an internet ad. You can be running your own damn website for 90% less than that.

As a traveling escort, I’d have a hard time justifying that bill each month unless I was really making good figures with no time wasters and bullshit mixed in.

However, it seems as if there are many guys advertising with lots of reviews. So may work for some than others

I’d like to see what that $28 ($277 less 90% discount in quote) a month website looks like...how’s it maintained?

It’s very doable. Especially for an escort website. Domain and all. I was paying$14 a month.

I’ve switched to biz cards, and it’s been fun passing them out after sessions. It’s like they’re getting a little souveni
