In no way were my comments meant to be a "shot below the belt" to all the "reasonable posters" that have not jumped ship. As you are well aware, many of those posters I consider friends. My point being that there is a void since many have "jumped ship" or just quit posting. A void that has not been completely filled by those reasonable posters that remain nor been replaced by new voices. A recent post by someone else with a long list of AWOL posters I think also shows how much the MC has changed.

To the best of my knowledge, the "queen" you are referring to (in another post you called him a "tired old queen") is a frequent customer of escorts and an occasional contributor to this Message Center. Not that that means anything -- if you ever get around to reading the MC rules, you may find out that there is no requirement that participants be escorts or customers or have anything to do with either.

 

A couple of observations. One is that you have the habit of calling anyone who says anything you don't like here a "tired old queen" even though you have no knowledge of the age or other characteristics of the people you're talking about. Although others have said that the contemptuous attitude you've displayed here could turn off potential customers, I don't think your business will suffer. There are probably plenty of gay men who are so desperate for companionship that they are willing to hire anyone, even someone like you. I understand there are even some people who enjoy being treated with contempt. As long as that is true, you will never be out of a job.

I don't feel my comments are of discontent nor condescending and neither do I feel Epiginos comments were either. I took the original post as trying to start a discussion about the changes that have taken place here since the changing of the guard. As I previously said I see nothing wrong with discussing ones likes or dislikes of the changes in a respectful manner. I am very surprised that unless we jump up and down praising the changes we are considered traitors, miscontents, disrespectful, and ungrateful shit stirrers.

Well, I reviewed your earlier comments, KY, and would still say that they reflect a lack of contentment here. Your assumption that that is a bad thing leaves me feeling misconstrued as well. The site needs feedback and I agree that it is a healthy thing for us to let our feelings be known. I have previously criticized many of the reviews for being too thin. Also, I prefaced my remarks by saying how much value I attribute to your presence here.

 

It is hard to argue that Daddy shouldn't have weekends off. There were so many reviews posted this week that it could take all weekend to read them. If you still need more on the weekend, reread some of the older ones that you might have missed when first presented.

 

Where I think we disagree most is that the message center is somehow lacking because of the the few people who left voluntarily. Sure, they had contributions to make. But many of the those who stuck with the site have picked up the slack, if any, and there are some interesting new guys posting here as well. There will always be posts that we find less interesting or inane. Hopefully, there will be a warm and friendly reception for a variety of posts and a diversity of posters. Yet we can't get too pollyanna or the place will get boring.

 

Hopefully the naked pics wll return. I don't blame management for trying to protect itself legally. Perhaps in the meantime you could share some of yours with us, hehehe.
