but I would add one in formal wear.

Yeah I need to dress up and snap a pic.

That is very good advice, I agree with @honcho , if I am going to invite you to meet me at the bar of my 5* hotel, it gives me some confidence that you can look good in the lobby, and not attract bad looks from the staff.

(for the record, I rarely stay in 5* hotels, but I reckon an escort would want clients who often stay in such hotels, so my argument is still valid for most escorts).

Absolutely great advice! Thank you guys! I clean up pretty nicely too.

Are you sure you want to go right out of the gate with face pics in your profile given you have a 9-5? Discretion is the better part of valor. Maybe you're in a field where it's not going to matter, but you'd be surprised.

Yeah I don't think it would matter in my line of work, but I totally get what you mean.

I regularly stay in 5* hotels...rarely if ever has an escort arrived

looking as though he belongs there. Even when specifically asked

to dress the part. Most of them don’t even seem to own a tie....

much less a suit.

It’s just the nature of the beast. And if you stay at one hotel more

than two or three times...they will quickly come to the realization

that only “stunningly handsome but poorly dressed nephews” seem

to visit you. Hotel staff may turn a blind eye....but they're not stupid.

I definitely own a few ties, a couple of suites, and even a custom made tuxedo from my wedding a few years ago (it didn't work out, but the tux still fits!)

I plan to dress up and post a pic or two like that.

So how do you guys suggest strumming up interest? Does it just take time? Should I plunge for the gold membership? I only have the regular now, I'm assuming I could upgrade for the rest of the price. I know these things just take time, but given the nature of things I'd like to start building a base of clients asap just in case.

This is a sage observation and many escorts should learn from it. I've heard embarrassing stories.

Don't show up to a Four Seasons or Mandarin in something that's going to bring your client (and yourself) negative/unwanted attention.
