I also remember most. These were the guys, who when I lurked for a long time, I got alot of useful info from.

On the "Wonderful World of Working Guys" and how to deal with the situations that might come up. Mostly with Humor! LOL

I wish ALL of them well.. Wherever they have moved on to! :+

I remember all of them, and sometimes wonder what happened to frequent posters like Les. Will refuses to reply even to private emails from some of us who got to know him personally; he seems determined to burn his bridges as he changes to a new phase in his life. TotallyOz and Marcanthony have chosen not to participate since Hooboy's death, but they obviously still observe the site, since Oz recently made a long post in response to a thread. Damascene, however, is still posting at the same infrequent rate as always (there have been a couple of posts by him in the past month).

What about Conway, 2004, Blue Flame, Doug 69, Tampa Yankee, Boston Guy, Ant 415, CP8036, phage, Mike Johnson, Tomcal, Jake, beefeater, NYO, etc? Losgatan logs in everyday but never posts.

I agree with Charlie that Will became a Jekyll and Hyde. Sometimes ya think someone is a real nice guy and you learn the hard way that he is just another self-absorbed prig. Four Aces comes to mind there! Oops, this is his thread. Better be nice!

>Zach Dc

Oh, how I remember Zach! He was one of the first escorts I hired, and I saw him 15 to 20 times, each time flying out to DC to be with him. I don't think he is escorting anymore, and I have lost contact with him, but such fond memories. We would always "paint the town" in DC when I was there, and I almost always stayed at his place - he was that nice. Oh Zach!!!

Maybe 2006 will be a better year for all and maybe just maybe some will return. I learned so much from MA, can't blame a lot of them to leave.

When in doubt I whip it out :+

RE: MIA

I echo the sentiments of others in missing some truly memorable members like Marc Anthony, Tampa Yankee, Totally Oz, Tom_cal, and Gulliver. Their contributions helped to build this MC. Fortunately, I'm still in contact with a few and hope our paths will continue to cross in NYC.

Two other members I miss are Taylorky and Mbarz. I know where to find them, but miss my off-board contacts with them. We might not have always seen eye-to-eye on MC rules, but we always ended our conversations with a "handshake" and mutual respect for one another.

Best wishes to all our members, past and present.

Well, if we are going to go that far, then we should at least note bewareofnick. He contributed a great deal here and his contributions are missed.

It would be nice if we could wave a magic wand and undo the damage that people like taylorky and mbarz have done with their unending vitriol. I can't think of a single contribution they made that would even begin to compare to Neal's.

Nonetheless, in the spirit of Christmas:

Yes, I do miss seeing my personal information and photos posted here and elsewhere. I really miss the warm fuzzies of having pictures of my car posted, living as I do in the land of car-to-car freeway shootings.

Yup. Miss those contributions a lot.

Lucky, Well said, now you know why you're one of my favorite posters.

I recall during the last year of my father's life, his memory was failing and he had no recall of his likes and dislikes. It reminded me of the expression "happiness is a short term memory". If you can, sometimes it's best to forget.

Thanks Lucky for the excellent visual.

Did something bad happen to you as a result of that? From the tone of the post I am gathering that these actions caused you a great deal of problems.

"I wonder if the guys in that cartoon washed their hands." ;-)

LOL! Never thought when I originally wrote that comment it was going to stick.

Actually, not a damn thing. So far. The stalking report I filed with the county Sherriff actually made me a couple of good friends and led to a hot date (and more frequent patrols in my neighborhood). But lord only knows how many people stored that information for future use.

The assumption of privacy is rule #1 here and breaking that privacy costs us members. Here, in this thread lamenting lost members, we shouldn't be celebrating CHASING THEM AWAY.

If privacy isn't important to you, why don't you post your name, phone number, address, and the license number of your car? All it will expose you to (eventually, maybe a couple years from now) is identity theft.

G'head. Just do it.

I feel as though I am missing something here (and I probably am). Were these photos that he took of you? I had gotten the impression from reading prior posts that these had been posted on a private website of yours. If he took the photos of you and your things, I can 100% understand filing a stalking report, but if they came from something already on the web, I am at a loss to understand how that qualifies as stalking. Perhaps I am ignorant of the law as it relates to the internet. I also assume that this person was banned from this site as a result of posting those photos and that that is why he is "banned for life" as 4Aces put it.

I agree with you that the assumption of privacy is indeed of paramount importance, escpecially as it relates to the hiring of escorts.

No, I didn't say that. Please do not put words in my mouth. I understand that you were violated and I agree that it was not an acceptable thing to have been done to you. I was merely asking a question or two to gain a better understanding of why the person in question is so vilified.

By the way, the website you list in your profile, adam4adam.com, seems to have a registrar problem at the moment.

Their "down for maintenance" message lists October dates.

Their parent domain is also, surprise!, "down for maintenance".

(Keep posting. It adds more to the IP logs.)

What in the name of Denzel is your problem?

I just logged in to http://www.adam4adam.com and it seems to work fine for thousands of men all across the country.

But beyond that, I have done absolutely NOTHING to you and yet you continue to attack me and make nonsensical comments. Since you refer to IP Logs, I assume that you are an admin or mod of this site. Do you treat all your guests this way? Maybe it's your piss poor attitude that drove all the folks above away. I am sorry I even asked you anything.

You challenged my being upset at having my personal information online and yet you won't share yours. What words am I putting in your mouth?

Who's being villified? That sounds like it requires effort. LOL

Please look up the "Hooboy's Christmas Wish 2004" thread. I agree with him about "holiday friends" vs. year-round friends.
