Can I delete my own RM review?

Sorry, I misunderstood. I guess you meant a review that you posted.

Yes. I posted an RM review months ago, saying the pictures are “him, but outdated”. But the guy has updated his pictures, now, so my RM review saying the picture are outdated is not true anymore, so I am ok to delete that review, since it is not fair to the guy who has done the right thing.

Can I do that?

I would appeal to Rentmen but if they can't I would write another review with a check off on the photo accuracy.

It is a technical yes/no question, will the system somehow let me delete a review, and if yes, how?

Please if someone who knows that could answer? I don’t want to philosophise, or a lesson on what should have happened back then, or what should be allowed in theory by the system, or the fundamentalist theories of review purity.

Am I the only one to take a request for information at face value?

I don't know, but if it happened to me I would send a message to RM explaining the situation and ask them to delete the review for me.

Can I do that? I don’t see where on RM that option exists, if it does.

(Not talking about Daddy reviews, only RM reviews).

You cannot.

You must sent the admin a message and they can.

About 3 weeks ago I posted a nice review for a guy who wished to keep a low profile. He asked me to delete it. I looked into it and found that only admins can delete then. The removed it immediately upon my request.

I would not be concerned. When I am interested in an escort in RM and see a review that says the pictures are outdated, I check the date od the review and the dates of the pictures. In the escort's photo gallery RM reports the dates when the photos were updated. If there are pictures posted after the review in question, I assume the problem has been fixed.

This.

Unless you deleted it, you should still have an email in you inbox from the Web Master telling you that your review has been posted. You can reply to that email and explain the situation and they will undoubtedly delete it.

His pics may have been updated because you drew attention to the outdated ones.

I have also had a review posted (although it was glowing) for a provider who needed it removed for personal reasons which I fully understood. I messaged the admin and explained. They quickly removed it. Within hours of the request.

Ah, but you must admit, you are more knowledgeable and experienced than most on RM? ;):)
