I can attest that I am not the escort in question and an email requesting you take down an ad that was not initiated by the escort is not revenge. You still have not taken down the ad that you said you would. Rentboy and rentmen are very similar in name. When I first questioned the escort his reply was that he had 2 down days on rentmen and paid them to re-up his ad. I said "no not rentmen...rentboy". He then said he never heard of the site till I brought it up. So a thank you could just be thinking it is one site one IS doing business with and not the other. Very bad and unethical business practice to copy and paste information from one site and use it on your own. If the escort in question has not replied to keep the ad up THEN TAKE IT DOWN AS REQUESTED! I am sure if he wants to do business with you in the future he will!

Again. We don’t want to do any BUSINESS. We kicked our investor out and started doing it as A HOBBY. We don’t have plenty of paid employees to change the site very often

Again it looks like some of you guys never hear us and the only thing you want is to blame. We told on the forum how things have changed in our crew and in our vision. We explained the transformation of the model, but looks like it’s the same if we do explain you or if we don’t

No, I pointed that out because you played the "it's free" card. You can't have it both ways.

Nothing was copied or pasted. That’s why YOU are so mad. We even made a mistake in your age unfortunately. Sorry about that

You are wrong there and @Boomxyz is right. I am not going to look for it but somewhere we clearly discussed how the whole project is changing but they did not updated their FAQ pages because too many details are still undecided and under debate in their team.

Action of what??? Do you have an example that we ever charged somebody?

By your own admission, you still have profiles up on the site that you created, where you have not gotten a "sure, go ahead" from the provider in question. This is unethical, misleading, and problematic for all the reasons explained in this thread.

One action that would immediately get me to take you seriously: take all those profiles down. Including the one that a forum member has specifically called out, and also including all the rest. When we see that has happened, that will be evidence of change.

Instead, you keep defending your choice to put them up in the first place. Just take them down!

Will do. I thanked you for this good idea 3 forum pages earlier. And told we would take that idea. However you kept blaming the site (or me) :(

Because you kept defending the practice!

And, no, you didn't say you would take the existing ads down. You said you would use that idea, to ask before making ads public, in the future. Anyway, I'm glad you are now saying you will take them down. I look forward to comparing the provider list in a few days and seeing what has gone away.

And will keep. Just no more here.

Your idea can make the practice better.

Please do not forget that other blaming appeared as well, so I tried to answer

When we just started (it was only 3!!! months ago) we had an investor and some commercial plans. It changed, sorry.

I just copied that off their web site when I posted it a few minutes ago, so it's a "more current" statement of their position than anything previously posted. And isn't it odd how when it comes to fixing things that happen favor them (by increasing the value of the website) there is an excuse for not addressing it?

We sent the profile keys in case we decided to create a profile for somebody all the time. Just couple of times we did not get any answer. It was not right to take no answer as “Ok”, I agree

You can copy and paste as much as you want. The point is they have not updated the language in the website.

But the point is that the very practice of picking up info about a provider to create an ad without his permission is wrong. I am not questioning your honesty as other forum members seem to be implying. I think you fail to see it is wrong. The reasons why are explained very clearly here

Posting ads without the escorts' consent .... shows that the site is willing to put its own growth ahead of industry members' autonomy and control over their information online..... It's also an incredibly misleading way to advertise -- implying that some providers have decided to trust you and use your services, when in fact they have not.)

Then they have to live with that language until they change it. But what we are getting instead is an astounding amount of energy put into externalizing and deflecting. Since leaving the language as is is clearly self-serving, this comes across as trying to have it both ways. It shouldn't surprise anyone who has spent any time on this forum that someone would point this out eventually.

We agree and received good feed back from several guys we created profiles for. Unfortunately by mistake we put wrong age in one ad and made one person mad

I am not going to bulge: did everyone explicitly give consent before the ad was created?

If not, that’s wrong,

Even if 99% were happy.

The 1% who did not give consent could be seriously screwed.

Perhaps because you are putting an astounding amount of energy on questioning their honesty.
