I decided to educate myself of penile implants. Photo gallery is not for the faint of heart. Very interesting process.

I think it is great that you educated yourself on the Penile Implants. It is somewhat invasive for sure... but it is the outcome that makes it worth while.

Op here ... Several different replies to my concern. Do or don't I post it in my ad. Would it not be any different than posting one's HIV status in an Ad ? Just a thought.... I would most certainly tell them prior to our meeting. During our discussion about their experience with me... I know it could be a make or break deal for men in the end. You guys are always there to offer you opinions, which is why I asked. It's a new thing now Penile Implants. I'm glad I had my done. Beats the hell out of putting chemicals in my body... My erection looks completely natural. @Travis69 I like your thought process.. "Rock hard erection 100% of the time or your money back"..:p

Thank Guys.

I would NOT mention it unless they ask. Do you have to tell them if you take viagra, etc to keep it up? Some of these guys are too insecure to begin with and thinking you need to "pump" to have an erection for them will kill the mood.

Viagra=penile implant is a false equivalency. Viagra is a drug, that, once taken, is completely undetectable. In order for Viagra to work, the person taking it has to experience sexual arousal.

The penile implant is a medical device that allows the user to achieve an erection, whether the user is sexually aroused or not, simply by deploying the implant.

I imagine use of pde5 inhibitors is very common among escorts, and I don't care. I might have an issue with a penile implant. Just sayin'.

I just curious as to WHY some feel the OP should reveal his personal detail. He's an escort, and as long as he is providing the client with the HARD cock he is paying for, what's the difference HOW it got that way ?

I dont think that's the clients business....

I guess it's a bit of what Rudynate said above about undetectable. There's a visible pump and some action (I assume) to make it work, which I'd see. Some could find that offputting. I remember way, way back when I got a massage from a guy who wore a colostomy bag. I'd never seen or heard of that (I was pretty young), and was a bit weirded out.

Thanks for the clarification, but I thought I made my comment clear that it all depended on whether the condition was detectable in any way. If there is some device attached to the OP that a client is able to see, he might want to mention that because you never know where a persons comfort level lies.

As someone who enjoys taking a soft penis into my mouth and feeling it grow hard as I slowly suck, this presents a challenge.

I liked the "100% hard guarantee" someone mentioned above because that might encourage curious clients to ask, which allows you to explain or not.

Honestly, as a potential client, I'm not sure how I'd feel about this scenario. Part of me would probably want to pass on hiring, but another part of me knows that "inhuman stamina" is almost always medically created, so it's six of one and half-a-dozen of another.

The real question is this - if you pump it up too much, will it explode? As a client, I definitely want to know this.

Thank you.

This is not some cheap vacuum pump that you can buy as a novelty Item. My Implant is all internal , it cannot be visible by looking at my dick. Do you really think that a medically made device that cost $16,ooo just for the implant it's self would explode. The answer is NO

Guys , it is apparent that your not reading my additional post. My implant is completely internal, you CANNOT see any part of it.

Well I hope you would "explode" at some point ? You know how those demanding clients expect you to CUM for them.....:D

How would a client not see the device if it is external? I'd think it would have to be internal for a client not to see it. What am I missing?

Thanks for that ..I went back and clarified, that to internal.

Gotcha. You are welcome.

Frankly, I think this is a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't type of situation. Some guys will be turned off if you tell them and others will be pissed off if you don't. I like the suggestion about the "100% hardness guarantee." You could always follow it up by saying something like "Ask for details."

It is a difficult situation, since many guys are not even aware of penile implantation. I do agree with you 100%

I was thinking the same thing. Even if the device is internal, there needs to be an external valve or opening of sorts to attach the pump to. Is this comparable to inflating the tire on a car? What happens when you're done fucking, how can the dick be deflated to its flaccid state?

To the OP - I don't care if it cost you $16,000 or whatever. Any device is prone to malfunction. Be careful and don't blow it up!

Well it's quite obvious , you have No knowledge of Penile Implants... You CANNOT see anything. I am convinced that once a person has their mind set on something it cannot be changed...WOW.

OP HERE again..... let me explain about Penile Implants. It is 100% internal. There are 3 parts.

1.The Pump, which inflates and the deactivation part is located in the scrotum

2. The tubes are located inside the shaft. There are 2 of them. One on the left and one on the right. The penis has 2 different chambers with the urethra down the center.

3. The Reservoir which holds the saline fluids that flows into the chamber to cause the erection, when the pump is activated. Placed on the inside of the lower side of the abdominal cavity .

How it work: To inflate the penis, the pump which is a small ball shaped pump must be squeezed until the desired size is achieved. When you squeeze the pump it releases the saline and it fills the 2 tubes located in the shaft. Then I can do what ever I wants, for as long as I wants. Once I'm finished. There is a button called the deactivation valve that is squeezed above the pump, that will releases the saline from the tubes and it returns to the Reservoir. When with a client I can be discreet with it's operation, or I will tell them about it during our conversation prior to scheduling.

Sound complicated, but it really is not. The best part is that I never again have to worry about if my erection will last or not. No more ingesting harmful chemicals into my body...

I understand it may not for everyone, but I have one and it has improved my sex life completely ....:D:p:);)

Price may vary depending on your location. Mine was 60K total . It will have to be replace in about 15 years.
