Should I include this in my profile?

Okay guys, Escort here. Might be risking a lot by exposing this part of me, however I need some opinions. I have had some major surgery to improve my sex life. I am just not sure if I should include this change in my profile. Some might find it to interesting, while other may not fully understand and get turn off because of it. I have had Penile Implant surgery done over the summer, to help with my Erectile Dysfunction. No need to take pills or injections any longer. I now have a Hard Dick on Demand. I pump it up externally and can stay hard forever. Would this be something a client would want to know in advance or would it be a negative thing?

I dont think its important they know that in advance, as long as it doesnt disappoint in person. Let it be part of your "mystique"...

Thanks for your thought on m new found toy..LOL.... still trying to figure out to make it fun with out them finding out, so I wasn't sure I should tell upfront, or just pump up while I have their attention else where.

C'mon. It might not be polite, or sensitive.

But really... is a client engaged in trying to arouse you always going to be understanding that their manual or oral ministrations dont do it - that you need to reach for the pump? Some people resent paying for surprises.

Nothing wrong or judgement-worthy in your solution. Its not a reason I'd use to avoid having sex with a guy. But I believe you'll avoid some unnecessary negative reactions by disclosing in advance. Perhaps not in profile, but before finalizing appointment.

To me, that's a fairly major thing. I would like to have been given an opportunity to decide in advance whether that was something I was willing to experience. I think it's wise to mention in your profile. A mention in your profile will automatically weed those prospects who might have a problem with it.

Not long ago, I got together with a guy who alerted me at the time I booked that he would be wearing a Holter monitor because he was being evaluated for a-fib. I said that was fine with me. The day of the appointment, he texted me a photograph of the device taped in place on his chest. It was a tiny thing the size of a small wristwatch -absolutely no issue for me. Nonetheless, I appreciated his being completely candid and transparent.

I had a session with a masseur recently that had a penile implant. This was my second session with him. One of the attractions to him was that he was aroused during the session. However, I was disappointed when feeling around a bit and felt the hydraulics. I thought he was arouse because of me, but learned otherwise. Yeah...shallow...but that was my reaction. Not that he needed to disclose that since it was a massage session...but there was disappointment. I probably would have felt differently if I was told up front.

Agree with candor, but I don't know that it needs to be in your profile. It seems to me sharing the information during pre-booking communication provides the opportunity for the client to ask questions... like, "can I help?" :D

Rudy - the burning question I have is were you able to trigger an event that was captured on his monitor! I think he was presenting you a challenge ;)

One of my all-time best experiences with an escort. We both agreed that another date was just a question of "when," not "if." Haven't had bandwidth since, though.

I am not an escort but I have a small pacemaker-size device (another words half dollar size) implanted under my skin. Because I have a hairy chest you can hardly see but you can feel it if you rub you fingers over that portion of my chest. Besides that you have to make sure you don't pound on my chest. Considering the two, changes my appearance and a small need for caution, I make sure I have a discussion (no matter how brief) with any escort. So, I guess my answer to you would be the same (I think it would apply for escorts equally). If it does not alter your appearance or alter what can or cannot be done in bed then I don't believe you have to tell him. The client is not entitled to every bit of info about you.

As a client, I'd want to know about something like this if there are external parts (I have no idea if there are or not). Viagra isn't externally visible (it's effects _are_, but once the pill is taken, it's gone).

It's a bit like hiring someone who is well know for having a very hairy chest, has years of pictures with the hairy chest, markets on their hairy chest and when they show up they are shaved down. Not what the client was expecting. It's a bit of an extension of the beard thing - if an escort goes back and forth with a beard a client may want the beard present or not depending on what they are looking for.

If the erection and the pumping process look natural, if no one would notice, I would not say anything. Not only I would not mention it in my ad, I would keep it for myself.

Of course, as @escortrod mentioned before, if your partner would notice that the erection is not natural, a disclaimer is necessary sometime during the conversation, it does not have to be in your ad.

As a client, if I read in your ad that you have one of those implants, I would not contact you. A natural erection is an important sign for my enjoying the experience. Knowing that you can push a button and get a boner would be a total turn off (to me).

Yet, again there may be a case made for the fact that you might be super-exciting to the client if you pre-pump and greet him at your door with a raging hard-on! I know I would not be thinking of the mechanics involved were I greeted by an escort in his full glory!!! It would, in fact, be pretty HOT for me!

I think if you tell them in your profile or in communication prior to the meeting many will not know what to expect and be scared off. I played with a guy who had one and didn't realize it until the 2nd or 3rd time we played. I never mentioned it and neither did he.

If its something that would be undetectable, I see no reason to mention it. However, if it looks obviously "enhanced", it might be worth mentioning since some people might have a problem with OBVIOUS genital modifications that appear "unnatural".... I once posted a thread about an escort i had hired with an extreme genital modification, and the guys here ripped the guy (and me) to shreds....
