On four vividly distinctive play sessions where I've gone to the lodging of the escorts, to my dismay-- three of the four had an extremely messy bedroom or area where the play was to have transpired. In each case the messiness of these guys impeded the time in which I spent with them. I've been invited to some chaotic places, but the worst was a drug-infested boarding house. It was sketchy to the max, but I'm pretty fearless. Arrived. Immediately knew what it was. 10-12 people living under one roof, each with a small single bedroom with common areas and bathroom. I entered just because I wanted to see how bad it was. I still tend to think it’s all about the hotness of the guy involved. Fancy hotels do nothing for me, as I only really use a hotel for sleep, sex, showering, and clothes storage for when I’m visiting a city - it’s about the city. A hot guy can make any situation hot - whether it be jumping the fence at night at the local horse racing track to hookup with him, or hooking up with him in a cramped bedroom.

I hate inefficiency and discomfort and would feel unwelcome in a messy room (which may also be a smelly room). It also wastes time.

 

Someone whose apartment is messy would by definition be less hot to me because consideration goes hand in hand with hotness for me. Working around a small space is (within reason) a different matter.

Spacious apartments with designer furnishings are not an option for many in NYC. Cleanliness is ALWAYS an option. It takes some effort but it doesn't cost much money. If you live in a small space you also need to be diligent in putting things away.

This would be very difficult for me to do. As an example, my cousin lives in a beautiful 2 million dollar, architectually designed house which I like very much. Overall, I like the furnishings in this beautiful dwelling, but I abhor those that grace her huge family room. Do you think that I'd discuss this with her? Hell no!

 

The same goes for some escorts who live in semi-squalid housing. It's not the place itself that concerned me; it's their absolute lack of caring about how their environments were and visitors who would be encountering them. How much effort does it take to be neat and tidy and clean?

The same is true of people: you can tell if someone has been working/working out and is sweaty versus not having bathed in several days.

So true....I walked up to a Honolulu apartment building just a block off Waikiki main drag, the place was a dump, unpainted, discarded washing machine on grass, car on blocks, trash, etc. Went in the (masseur’s) apartment and boy what a nice job he had done creating a clean, welcoming space inside the horrible exterior. There's a detroit based masseur I've seen at his place three or four times; his small apartment is clean with the exception of the bathroom, both untidy and just dirty. Really wouldn't take that long to clean it up a bit.

I try my hardest to avoid incalls in an escort's apartment. The last time was in a tiny tiny walk-up apartment in Hell's Kitchen (NYC). His queen size bed literally occupied over half of his bedroom. The headboard was against one wall, the side of the bed tight against the adjacent wall and the foot of the bed jammed against the wall opposite the headboard. And there was maybe 4 feet between the bed and the bedroom door. He also had to keep the bedroom door closed because his roommate was home. His bedroom was clean enough, but it felt like we were in packing crate. Although the escort was great, the experience was less than great due to the environment.
