Here is an interview with Chandler Massey (Will) and Sean Christopher (Paul) at a meet and greet. Both play gay characters on the soap opera.

 

Chandler Massey left the show several years ago. He was replaced by a different actor but the fans were not happy. So the character was killed.

 

But Will has now been brought back to life literally with Chandler Massey reprising the role.

Great episode today! Will now accepts that he is indeed Will Horton though he still has no memory of his old life. He is going back to Salem. He accepts that he is gay although Susan told him that as EJ he was straight. It never seemed any big thing to him when he was told that he had a husband.

 

Most are wondering about who Sonny will choose Will or Paul. But some think that it is Will that will choose and it will be Paul!

DOOL has one of the best young male casts around - Will, Sonny, Paul, Chad, Tripp, Derrick, Theo, Joey. And diverse! Paul is Japanese and Theo is Black.

Great episode today! Although Will still doesn't remember who he was the one think he does know is that he was gay. He was sure eyeing shirtless Paul. And the kiss at the end!

Today - 27 March 2018, Tuesday - Will & Paul made love for the first time since Will returned to Salem. They were going at it hot and heavy. Will was wearing s buttoned shirt and he pulled it over his head to get it off.

 

Will still hasn't regained his memory. Their combo name is HORITA. Wiil (Caucasian) is a Horton and Paul (Japanese) surname is Narita.

 

Several years ago Will had an affair with Paul while married to Sonny.

The show today introduced a gay male escort. Sonny thought he was meeting up with a guy he met online but in fact it was set up by a business rival.

I saw the very first episode of DOOL and I have kept up with it sporadically. Since I returned to work, I have not been watching, but it seems I need to get back to it. I hate multiple personality storylines It is a weak device to my mind. Instead of trying to find a fitting motivation for a character to do something not in keeping with what is known about them, a mental illness is concocted. Weak storytelling.

I watch the show online, usually on Dailymotion. I watch six soaps. Besides DOOL I watch two Brit soaps "Coronation Street" (Corrie) and "Hollyoaks", two Aussie soaps "Neighbours" and "Home and Away" and one Kiwi "Shortland Street".

 

Right now Corrie is dealing with a male on male rape storyline. "Hollyoaks" has several prominent gay characters as does "Neighbours".

I wasn’t watching when it 1st aired, however, these names have been around for awhile: Doug & Julie, Marlena & John, Victor & Maggie, Kayla & Steve. Others have just faded away.

Sonny's deceased husband came back from the dead in a fashion, but has lost his memory, hence they've gotten divorced. Amnesia sux! So Sonny's ex, Will, has taken up with Salem's other gay dude,

 

 

But there's another gay in town Leo that Sonny is / was seeing. Sonny is in charge of Titan and the competition hired Leo to seduce Sonny. Leo got a job as Sonny's assistant. Sonny then told Leo they could not date. We'll now have to wait and see how this storyline works out.

This week on DOOL concludes with 3 in the hospital, 3 locked in some secret room, 2 possibly to be charged by the Salem PD, 1 getting kidnapped at gun point, 2 relationships on the rocks, some silly story about the face of Bella Magazine (yawn), Lukas is clueless but not drinking, Eve is mad @ Brady, & Jennifer/Eric just had sex (again). Did I leave anything out? Oh, yes, this is sweeps week.
