I do. There are a few guys I like to top every time. In more cases than they should, they end up bottoming a fair amount. I think it's often because I see a frequent-bottom topping in a scene before I seem them bottom, so in my mind they are at top.

Well I am a top and I think I am identifying with one of the guys and for the identification to be more complete, that guy should also be a top. If he turns out to be a bottom, that changes my identification and my pleasure.
