Anyone else being directed to rentmen.eu when you try to go to rentmen.com today?

Yes. Strange.

Though, this could simply be the start of the actual changeover now for all versions of the site - it may be that rent.men is officially taking over, and something got confused in the process?

I default to rent.men, but I tried to open rentmen.com. Here in Terra Australis del Espiritu Santo trying that takes me to rentmen.eu too. I'm curious though, because that site isn't in the list of country-specific site names on the rentmen page.

Could it be a cautionary measure against the U.S's current right-wing legal assaults?

I wondered about that too with the Rentboy trial concluding...

I googled rent.men Chicago, and down the list past rentmen responses, was a link to rent.men. However, noticed that "list" display no longer lists position as it did in the past without signing in, but the position filter on the side still works for sorting.

If you scroll to bottom of the RM homepage you will find the following notice posted by RM management:

Dear customers, a significant change was introduced to RentMen. The rentmen.com version was moved to rentmen.eu. Your login data and all related to your profile features will remain the same. If you lost your login data, please contact the webmaster.

That notice wasn't there this morning. But, that does explain things. Thanks!

I believe the postings are from the same list, but the information listed for each "porn star" on the list differs between the different sites. In database terms, same rows, but different fields :-)

This might be a 'duh' moment for me but in addition to the list heading reading (for example) "Detroit, MI 23 Pornstar Performers", EVERY escort (cough) performer listed has "Gay Porn Movies" as one of the services offered.

Thank you for finding and posting that notice.

In addition to my getting the .eu replacing the former .com, I now have a problem accessing rentmen because of a paid program I have that blocks potential bad sites. The program is highly recommended and is called Malwarebytes.

Prior to the change to .eu, I had no issue with accessing rentmen. Now, even though I change the .eu to .com, malwarebytes repeatedly blocks the site. Also, the .com reloads and comes back with the .eu and is promptly blocked by Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes has an option in their program concerning exclusions. I changed the program to accept rentmen but is still blocks rentmen because the site address converts to .eu. I added several variations of the rentmen address. No luck.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I suspect that other readers use Malwarebytes and will also have trouble accessing rentmen.

Thanks in advance.

Odd. My Malwarebytes blocks only the rent.men site. The rentmen.eu and the previous rentmen.com sites are/were accessible.

There is a paid version and a free version of Malwarebytes.

It seems the paid version I have is not the best version to have in accessing sites like rentmen.

I just deleted my paid version of Malwarebytes, removed all history and cookies. Then I went to the internet and downloaded a free anonymous version.

The free version of rentmen still converts itself from .com to ,eu but at least Malwarebytes does not block the site.
