Really. When I hired TW, he turned down my offer of taxi/Uber fare back to his hotel, which was quite a distance away.

Troy said the song was kind of the theme song for the fountains. Definitely one of the most beautifully moving songs I've ever heard. The fountains are the perfect romantic setting for the music. Whenever I'm in Vegas I always make it a point to visit the fountains, and, like you, hope to hear Time to Say Goodbye.
