One time, I told one of the masseurs about this forum, and he said don't believe what they write out there, is all lies... haha... that was before telling him that everyone was saying good things about him. At the end forgot to give him the address, but it was funny how he got all defensive when I told him I read about him in an online forum.

Yeah, I think most masseurs know about this forum. I happen to mention it to my masseur and he said he's a member. He said it helps him stay informed on what clients want to be a better provider. I told him he can just ask me ;)

I recommended the site to a favorite escort who eventually signed on. I am hopeful he can get new clients. I appreciate the breadth of topics under discussion and hope my recommendation to an escort allows him to make contributions as well on a variety of matters. Sometimes escorts are treated as pieces of meat or sex machines. Escorts I have met have all been very intelligent, well-rounded personalities with fascinating life experiences. This forum is just an opportunity to express themselves.

I haven't. But what I do hope is that members of this forum don't tell masseurs what is said on this site in PM about personal experiences since mileage does vary. Wouldn't want a masseur to confront me and say, "a guy came to me expecting a bj because he said he read on this site that I give bjs."

Twice I have mentioned this site. First was because he asked where I heard about him so I told him this site. He didn't seem to know about this site so I told him the site name. He only seemed mildly curious.

The other I told him he was being discussed in a negative manner. He didn't seem to care.

I guess for some this is going to be the "Yelp". You can either learn what people are saying or just say whatever to what customers are thinking and take it with grain of salt.

Just an advice. Do not share details not even in PM if you do not want them to be repeated. That is why I do ask my boys what details they want me to share with others. If you are being indiscreet you cannot blame others for doing the same.

I think thats naive. A good standard to hope exists, and by which one should conduct oneself. But naive.

Ive only been here about a month. Ive not seen anything alarming, or horribly indiscreet. I can't say I feel any specific knowledge of other posters, personalities, or concerns... although I'm developing a few favorites.

But its the internet. So I always assume there are more than a few nutjobs around. And that the level of discretion is equivalent to teenage girls who get an extra mean-spirited thrill from sharing secrets.

Personally, I think the less those whose services we hire know about this site...The Better. Newbie and naïve, but what I value here, and unlike the sites the guys use to market, they don't have control of what is posted.

Indeed the only ones with control here are the admins, but I disagree with you. As I see it, clients and providers are not adversaries but partners on making this industry safer and flourishing. I welcome all our beloved whores to join us and I encourage their participation. I am not interested in a one sided community.

I see your point but I agree with Latbear. If the guys don't know of the site or don't comment it doesn't really matter either way. Those who do comment, either angrily or to put their case give us an insight into them and their business practices. Those who take the time to comment on a variety of topics and engage the rest of us in conversation allow us to get to know them and perhaps decide whether they are a match for a hire.

Both are good points, but for those of us who receive services in our homes, we’re not going to honestly disclose our bad experiences, ( even when they really should be), if we know providers are continually informed about the site.

I agree, and understand why you would not want to talk about negative experiences. But the site is broader than that. Even if you don't talk about your negative experiences, someone else will about theirs. So the collective knowledge that this site represents will tell a story that you as an individual may not want to describe.

I can relate to both of you. I am with Mike, it is important that we share all experiences, good and bad. But I am also with ITP, I would not submit a negative review. I am glad there are those who do it.

I prefer focusing on the successful experiences, which is 99% of them. When I have an unsatisfactory experience I prefer to weight on the benefit of the doubt. Maybe we were just not a good match, maybe I was in a bad day, maybe he was. I would not submit a negative review given those circumstances.

If I ever have a bad experience, one of those where my security and/or property are in risk, I do not know what I would do. It would be easy to pretend I know, but I don't.

I'm curious to know the reverse if there is a non-subscription forum discussing massage or escort clients. I'm sure many of us want to know what's being said that's not directly to our faces. I tell those I see I have good things to say about them whom I like and I get a thanks back.

Those conversations could be taking place right here, through private messaging.

I am a newbie as well and I agree with you. Knowing the intent of this site, I have to ask what possible good comes from telling the masseurs it exists. However, one might not be surprised how many do tell the masseurs about it. It's human nature to spill.

Knowing the intent of this site,

Hmm, excuse me, i joined less than a month ago, and I am not sure that I know the intent of this site so, what is exactly "the intent of this site" according to you?

Given that we have a section "ask an escort", I am worried you may be mistaken or have mixed up your own intent with everyone else's.

I don't think this forum should be a "secret" that we hide from masseurs or escorts we hire. I think those in the massage/escort field have a right to see what is being said about them....positive or negative. Just as clients should have a right to to see what is being said about them if there was a forum somewhere in which clients were discussed. If there was such a site...and someone posted about myself as a client that said "Dmitri always shows up late....is demanding...and never showers before his massage. And he never tips. Avoid him." I would FOR SURE want to know about that so I could respond or defend myself. If I did not know about that site....and was unable to book massages because masseurs were posting false things, I would wonder why and be clueless. I think we need to afford that same respect to masseurs and escorts. Talking behind someone's back (positive or negative) and hoping they never find this forum and see it and have a chance to defend themselves is unfair. Especially when it is there livelihood. This is not just some fun hobby for these guys...this is how they support themselves.

It's funny i just showed my escort this site and some of my comments and he thought it was awesome. What is so good about this forum is the opportunity to share information and opinions on a subject that for most is secretive. I've been hiring escorts for years now and it really is like 6 degrees of separation by how many escorts and masseurs I have met and the thoughts that have been shared here.
