Do you tell the masseurs about this forum?

Should businesses know about websites like yelp? Is it good or bad for the customer experience that business know about yelp and can see the feedback given?

 

Unlike yelp, that allows businesses to bury (but not delete) bad reviews, I like that it is all out in the open here.

I agree, and understand why you would not want to talk about negative experiences. But the site is broader than that. Even if you don't talk about your negative experiences, someone else will about theirs. So the collective knowledge that this site represents will tell a story that you as an individual may not want to describe.

 

I think that largely depends on your market, my friend. Atlanta for example, while you can almost always find information on traveling masseurs coming through the city, there's no mention, (good or bad), on this site, (or any other for that matter), for at least 90 percent of the providers marketing their services on Masseurefinder, M4M or Rentmasseur.
