Bottoms versus Tops: Who gives you the best lay?

This isn't meant to be a competition or to put one down over the other. But I just realized, there actually may be one who "does it" more for one than the other. This could also be a non-brainer for non-versatiles to answer.

 

The reason it isn't a competition is because, I'm not actually asking who does it better. I'm actually asking, who does it better for you. I have two answers:

 

I think bottoms are the better lay. Won't list all the reasons, but for me I get the majority of my satisfactions from them. I'm so into bottoms, pun intended. However, I've occasionally hooked up with a "top" unknowingly (sometimes in person you can't tell who's who, unlike with online where it's stated). And usually, contrary to belief, hooking up with another top doesn't mean a top is going to get penetrated.

 

I think this is why many tops also experiment being a bottom. Something about the way a top can make you feel can just make you want it. But conditionally, it has to be the right top for me. That's why I generally don't advertise as being fully versatile, because I wouldn't be able to guarantee I can bottom for any and everybody. I think all in all, bottoms give the best overall lay, but I get the most turned on from another top.

I think in order to be a great bottom one must also top and vice versa. My preference is to bottom but I've always felt that those tops who understand the dynamic makes the best kind of top. The more turned on i am the more time spent and working with the best positions is my kind of guy. Now those guys with normal dick size it's one thing but for the thick and big guys u better be good at it or it won't work.

Is your question from a point of view of the preference a client chooses when he selects, or in general? In terms of my experience, during the last year or so, I have yet to have a great experience with an escort as a top. I agree with the previous post, those who enjoy bottoming also tend to know really how to be great tops. I'm still holding out for a great experience, but now I tend to just select those who bottom as I know it will be an enjoyable experience, and I won't leave in pain.

Not every encounter winds up with penetration, for those which do, I prefer bottoms. For those which do not, I prefer tops as the dynamic is more interesting for me. All in all, I like a versatile/top masculine man and then to top him because the power dynamic is exciting to me. I also prefer it if the guy is a bit resistant at first and then is able to be seduced into it.

Lol, good question. I was trying to avoid going into it...but that would probably leave too much to wonder about. But I also don't want to sound like a size queen or overly analytical about every dick I ever come across, as that's also annoying (about as annoying as the guys who constantly brings up/brags/fantasizes about big dicks 24/7, 365, which now that I think of it, is probably why most my best gay friends were mostly Tops)

 

It's hard to explain. It's not necessarily about size. A 10" long can slide in better than a 5" thick. I think it's 50% mental, 50% physical. The body type has to be preferable. Though there's no particular type one way or the other.

 

However, I met a guy my age last year who was my type. Initially we talked about me topping him. After I tossed the salad, he wanted to do me. At that point I was so into it, and him and his package were the perfect package. But it had a right curve to it that just felt not comfortable at all. So it just wasn't going in. One thing I can't do is do repeated bottoming sessions. A person's cherry needs time to heal. I can take 1 or 2 cherry poppings over a course of a day or 2. But after that I'm out of commission for the rest of the week.

Thats why I like the newly introduced versatile top/versatile bottom title rather than straight versatile title. Versatile is kind of ambiguous, and as you said; people have met versatiles who then they end up being only bottom. And vice versa. So the versatile top/bottom tends to give a little more idea of what is preferred.

 

Now, there's claims out there of people not being able to get into a top who ever confesses being versatile, because they like the fantasy of a straight man fucking them who's never been fucked.

 

Some guys have a preoccupation with the straight or straight appearing dick. Bottom/gay dick is the same as Top/straight dick. It doesn't look, taste or feel any different (depending on where it's been but that's a whole other topic). And whether or not a top chooses to get fucked once in awhile, is irrelevant.
