I'm not buying their story. Their cellphone area code is from Ontario where they are "stuck," not Calgary. The "other ads from this user" links to someone of a different age with a different backstory.

I'm not buying their story. Their cellphone area code is from Ontario where they are "stuck," not Calgary. The "other ads from this user" links to someone of a different age with a different backstory.

Cell phone area codes are very old school, near useless to determine a home city or location...

That's not the case in Canada. Most cellphone plans don't cover nationwide long distance like they do in the US. It's unusual for someone to have a cellphone with an area code outside of the area in which they live. It happens, but not frequently, and only when someone has moved from one location to another and hasn't got around to changing their number.
