Sorry, but Pippa is mentioned only once in the new book "Prince Charles" By Sally Bedell Smith which is over 500 pages long. The book was published this year, 2017. She may have been well-known a few years ago, less so now.

Her wedding has been the talk of human interest pages here and in the UK for months. She has little to do with Prince Charles and her not being mentioned there is no more a surprise than Melania Trump not being mentioned.

There are certainly plenty of people around that are considered famous who are total non-entities to me, but that does not make them dismissible as pop culture celebrities, whatever you think of pop culture and celebrities.

Her brother in law however, has not been as talked about until now, though he is well known from reality shows in UK. For a royal or near royal Brit, he is quite the piece of beef Wellington.

Mrs. Trump is from Slovenia, not Russia, as you implied is a recent post. Slovenia borders Austria and Italy. It has a much higher standard of living than Russia -- not even close.
