Google maps on my Mac and iPhone now offers a Ms Pac-Man overlay to its 'directions' feature. I mean, because why not? WTF.

Companies are doing their April Fools pranks earlier and earlier every year.

Remember time zones, and some companies market globally. When you posted this, Kurtis, it was 9.17am on the first of April here (and as it happened I was listening to what turned out to be a 10 minute long April fool's item on the 'serious' network of ABC radio).

I remember when they put Pac Man on Google Maps two years ago. I played Ms. Pac Man on Maps for about an hour yesterday thanks to this report from @Kevin Slater

Rather than clutter the map code with silly games, I wish Google would focus more on making Maps better. In some places, Street View really sucks.
