I blush to say I really don't know. Because I'm 73? Because I tried to be exclusively heterosexual for 40 years. When I'm at least bi? Because the sensitivity in my glans has faded? My quarrel is with a healthcare and insurance system that prioritizes male sexuality over female. I have no quarrel with enabling erections within healthful limits. I've been in situations where I wanted fucking and had to forego it because my partner could no longer sustain an erection, and I can imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to top easily again.

Thank you, @quoththeraven ! I should have mentioned that I am paying for the Trimix myself as I believe it is not covered by any insurance. This is an elective, "quality of life" issue and the cost should be on the user, as should Viagra, et al, until female reproductive and sexual health is fully covered, too, with no questions asked.

I tried it once in the doctor's office a few years ago. It was a small test dose. First-and maybe it was because the doctor was a klutz-but the injection stung. It wasn't the worst stinging sensation I've ever had. And it didn't last long. But it did sting a bit.

I use a metal Starbucks travel cup with ice in it--this particular cup then stays cold a very long time (12+ hours).
