The only thing that I can find on the UrbanDictionary that makes sense is "African American," but I hope that's not the case. Wouldn't be surprised though.

I doubt it's a racial thing, but African American is the most likely slang use of AA in personal ads followed by Alcoholics Anonymous and then Asian Americans.
