Besides communication, you have to decide if you are a doer (meaning, you have to participate all the time, like to be the center of all the action) and/or a voyeur and like to also be stimulated by the other guys doing things to themselves as well as you.

I have worked out a threeway plan that works for me. I have an hour with one guy, then have the second join us for an hour and then after an hour, the original partner leaves and I am left alone with the second escort. The goal is to come once in each of those sessions. When I first did a threesome this way, coming three times was not an issue. Now the more realistic goal is for me to come with the first guy, the first guy to come during the threeway and then both myself and the the second escort to come during the last hour.
