When I started working out, about 2 1/2 years ago, my trainer told me I was going to have "football glutes"

 

Well, it took two years, but I've got them. And they're fun to touch. My estimate is that I've done over 4,000 glute bridges in that time.

And i'm 65 now!

 

So it can happen, Galladesquire? Will 3 days a week get you there?
