I'm wanting someone new. After a while you want a bit of a change. I'd love a tall 6' or more sexy guy who does a great massage and includes a sensual element and HE. Ryan CMT was a strong candidate till he flaked 30 minutes before the appointment. Would love some suggestions so I could try outside my normal routine.

I am going to NYC and so look forward to it! Among other great things I want to do is experience a great massage. Or two :-). Please bear with me as my criteria are a little convoluted:

1. I’d like at least a good but hopefully excellent massage.

2. I’d like to feel comfortable being naked so I don’t want someone with hangups afraid to do my glutes and other tricky areas (hip flexor issues here) or refusing to get naked as well, as this is sometimes the best way I can feel comfortable.

3. At least 5’10” and hopefully 5’11” or taller, and strong. And no, this is nothing sensual :-), while I find that shorter guys can be incredibly hot in my personal life, I feel bad about my 6’4” if the masseur has to work too hard. I like someone who can handle long strokes with ease, I just feel more comfortable that way.

4. Not looking for anything sensual as part of the deal but like to feel like things might happen if the chemistry is there. The worst are straight guys who are very uptight like I am going to eat them alive or something. They are SO not in danger if I sense that, and I would actually prefer to just get up and leave if that usually weren’t so awkward, so I usually endure to the end even though I hate it. The second worst are those who give you a very mechanical supposedly “sensual” treatment, again, that is such a turnoff that I’d rather not get it at all. I like a hot guy who is a good masseur but also cool/relaxed/smart/good conversationalist, someone who doesn’t necessarily get sensual but might go there if there is mutual vibe.

I second Armani, but he is on tour. I believe he has done the East Coast and in Chi-town now. Will make his way back.

Easy to smile, looks like pix, hung. Straightish. I honestly thought he would be more like a Chelsea type, but turned out he is more like your bud from down the block.

I'll second Andree. Had my regular guy cancel on me last minute today. And reached out to a few people to try and get a replacement session and Andree was prompt in replying, a total professional in texting and squeezed me in this afternoon. And gave a great massage. Wonderful to chat with before and after the massage and fun to talk to...great personality. And 100% professional and chat free during what was a great massage perfect mix of legit, tension releasing strokes and pressure point work, and of sensual elements).

 

He may be elevated to my "go to" guy.

OK, my report from NYC, one of my favorite cities in the world:

 

Yes, I hired Luka, out of curiosity, because even though VGL, he is a little too overworked for my taste. It turned out to be the lowest point of my stay. The dude is seriously burnt out and should no longer be doing this. He was difficult to schedule with, I finally ended up scheduling a 90 minute session and he bailed out after 60 minutes because he "had an errand." I mean, if this is really the case, why not let me know ahead of time or at least at the beginning, wtf?! The massage half-assed at best, completely mechanical. The only upside is that I spent $160 instead of $240 on him, and this was one of the rare instances in which I had no doubts or qualms about not leaving a tip.

Fortunately, the other Russian turned out to be a huge positive surprise and definitely worth the trip to the upper tip of Manhattan, plus you get to discover a pretty cool neighborhood as a bonus, his place is just 3 blocks from an A-train stop I believe.

Brad is a professionally trained masseur, and it shows. Very high quality and thorough, head to toes. Plus he doesn't shy away from the glutes and other "tricky" areas, is very sweet and nice, and his English is fine, even though he doesn't talk much, which is fine with me during the massage. He is also very good looking and I actually found him more attractive than Luka, he is just naturally good looking without killing himself in the gym and taking God knows what kind of supplements. And, oh, some light and sensual touches dispersed throughout the massage, I truly enjoyed it. And did I forget to mention how cute he is? :)

 

Another totally positive surprise was Troy.

I found him to be insanely sexy, and that probably helped :). He is also super smart, great conversationalist, even if a little scattered; he was receiving tons of texts as I entered so he took some time to respond, but apologized and "reset the time" to when we actually began. I was a little skeptical about the technical aspect of the massage because he does it on a bed but was actually positively surprised by how good it ended up being. I really enjoyed it and we hit it off with just the right vibe, and I can totally see how I could get addicted to him, he is out there with Luke in Indy as one of my favorites. He also lives up north but closer than Brad, and is definitely worth the trip.

 

Finally Andree. Luka was such a disappointment, I was planning on getting 3 massages in 7 days, I had to get a 4th to compensate. Andree is a great masseur too, super friendly and courteous, and he probably delivered the best glutes and hip flexor treatment ever! I loved it, but the only reason I probably wouldn't go back is that he is just not my type, I was expecting rugged and very manly based on pictures but he is really cute and boyish, and a little effeminate in tone and demeanor.

Thank you guys for your positive reactions, I find this site very useful so it feels really good to give something back, it's a win-win.

 

Regarding the latest questions, 2 caveats first. I don't like to stipulate anything sensual as part of the deal upfront, it sort of kills the enjoyment for me, and the massage really comes first. I may go for a little man-to-man exploration, but definitely no sex, if I feel the chemistry is there and I am really attracted to the guy. Having said that, I feel that all 4 were ready to get naked and provide a helping hand in the final stretch, and my guess would be that they do so consistently, so you won't go wrong if that is important to you. I think you can guess from my review that in my experience the chemistry was there in 2 out of the 4 cases :) Needless to say, even more reason to look forward to my next trip to NYC and make it sooner rather than later.

 

PS Brad sent me a really nice follow up text afterwards, truly a nice dude, treat him nicely and his big heart comes out. But be aware that he has a daytime job so you might have to work around his schedule. And Troy is your ultra-hot and cool bud, I so wanted to go out and hang out with him, might try next time :-) .

Update from another Trip to NYC, I contacted Carson on the spur of the moment, and was that a good decision! My most pleasurable massage experience to date, along with my first m2m massage for which I had the insane luck of going to David in Chicago. I guess the first always ends up being special, whether in a good or a bad way ;-).

 

To make things clear, here is how I evaluate these experiences: Priority #1 is to get a good massage and a therapist who knows what he is doing. Priority #2 is for that masseur to be comfortable and confident enough to go to the “tricky” areas of the glutes and hip flexors. I run and have issues here so this is really important to me. Priority #3 is for the massage to be complete and include some attention to the feet and the hands, the opposite of “half-assed” jobs that are so common out there, many guys seem to rush to “the release” (it’s especially annoying if they assume I want it) with the obvious goal of being done early. Priority #4 is that it feels particularly good if all this is done by a hot guy, and for his physical hotness to be accompanied by a cool and friendly personality. Dumb ass brains and/or diva personality can easily cancel out even the most stunning physical hotness in my books. Priority #5 is if the chemistry is right for some intimacy, which doesn’t have to be overly sexual, but just good human contact with some mutual touching and connection. Priority #6 is for incalls to be in a clean, private, and pleasant setting.

I have been with Carson and concur with the great massage part and a nice guy, with a big notable exception of his "upcharge" for HE, despite me being crystal clear on initial email what I wanted. And he didn't mention that till I was undressed and on the table. For me that's a big no no and will never repeat.

For me the red line is the beginning of the massage, it's a big no-no to try to upsell half way through it or toward the end. He laid out my options (which were $200, $240, and $250 for 90 minutes, I went for the most expensive) before we began so I was fine, especially once his out-of-this-world touch started :-)
