I admit to being naive. How do nips get to be like this? Is one born with them?

This man is quite "mouth watering" all over. Thus he's definitely a candidate for one hell of a torrid tongue bath! :p:p

 

In conjunction with the initial query, his nips have been worked over by some hot mouths and teeth, suction cups, etc.

I think his nips are also "wired" to that glorious cock of which he's been mighty blessed!

AdamSmith got it right. They use gear to get them that way...clothes pins, tit suckers, weighted tit clamps, etc. etc. And plenty of tit play. I really like nips like on the guy in the pic. Any larger and they seem like disfiguring. I toy with the idea of doing it myself. Thinking about it is as far as I've gone.

Yes, the trick is to work on them so things are not overly done. At least that has always been my goal. Personally I don't like the eraser nip look. A nip that projects just enough to beckon being fondled is perfection n my book. The type of nip whose outline and projection can be seen when one is wearing a tight shirt. The type of nip that projects just enough so that it can be easily clamped.

 

While finger manipulation works quite nicely I myself have done it by mainly using nipple clamps. Japanese clover clamps that grip tightly and don't slip off when you pull on them have done the trick. I met a guy who has a home made sucker device that he uses. It consisted of a tube that you suck on with a T connector to two tubes that attach to each nipple. One friend with very flat nips recently had both of then pierced. That seems to have made them stand out more. However, since it was recently done he has not yet been able to work much with them to any great extent.

 

What ever way that you try I can guarantee that it will be a fun time sculpting them to get the perfect look that you desire.

I go to a massage guy from time to time who seems to be a master at tit work. He starts massaging and stroking at the outer edge of each pec and gradually works inward until he's working the nip. By the time his finger tips actually make contact with one of my nips, he's worked me into such a state that a hard pinch feels great. Then he works up to chewing and biting. I'm sore for days afterward. When you've had professional attention like that to your nips, it's hard to put up with amateurs.

Speaking of taking nipple punishment, at one time after a good nipple session they would be sore for days. It was like the session that would never end, that proverbial gift that would keep on giving. Less and less of that has been happening of late. Nips get toughened up over time and there's no way that I would want up up the ante lest they literally fall off! LOL!

Also , there's nothing like working a guys nips and then getting the total satisfaction of seeing him shoot across the room in ecstasy! The last time it happened it was so fulfilling I did not even care if I came myself. It was like MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Good to know as I do visit the City. Still, it as been years since I did a massage, but the last time I did so I definitely brought nipple clamps so as to insure that the happy ending would be... Well happy! ;)

God, I love working nips - sucking on them, biting them, teasing them, pinching them, finding the point at which pleasure and pain merges perfectly together. And even better, they are often directly wired to the guy's hole.
