Pretty intense brand loyalty among experienced fisters. They prefer the sticks to cans. J-lube is one of the favorite things to combine it with.

I am shocked I wasn't tagged in this post! There are 2 go to lubes for heavy ass play, Crisco because it's thick and doesn't come off your hand easily and j lube for the same reason. You can vary the consistency in a blender the easiest. Some people including myself have been known to mix the two in a blender

A couple drops of clove oil to what ever lube your using for butt play helps ease the process and make it more comfortable. Make sure you have Dawn and Salt in your bathtub if your going to be playing with crisco or j lube. I don't recommend fist powder, its gelatinous and comes off toys and hands too easily. Slam-dunk is a great butt play lube too

In the South, they used LARD for everything until Crisco came into existence. Original advertising actually called it Vegetable Lard to get cooks to make the switch. I remember seeing the ads in magazines as a child in Alabama.
