When I was there decades ago, the places to score were around the Pilgrim's Monument at night (I think the town has long since cleaned up that particular scene) and of course the dunes during the day. What I remember most about the place was the very cool guest house where I stayed (run by a man named Sam,) the friendly people, the great food and the entertainment--I remember seeing Wayland Flowers and Madam who were incredibly funny.
