You know it and I know it! I think I speak for most when I say female drivers suck! I can’t stand mothers chit chatting and almost killing there four children in there SUV, they of course get pissed when you honk to alert them that "Hello yes I am here thanks for almost killing me!"

I can’t stand how they have more balls than I do on the road and try to prove to me that they got what it takes to drive!

I know I know you say there are crappy men drivers and that I am a sexist pig! I might be slightly sexist considering I prefer MEN!

What do you guys think about it? Do you feel the same way?

I have become quite less hostile while driving since I've been hiring escorts. Yes, it's true hookers make you a better driver.

Women? - Eh, I don't know. I haven't noticed anything.

Orientals - Lead feet while tinkering with the radio

The only thing I have noticed about women is they always seem to have a cell phone to their ear.

Women have no lock on that here.

Wide turns, lane approximation, running stop signs, those I'll reserve for the female drivers. But yes, the cell phone is ever-present.

Nearly every near-collision experience I've been through has been caused by a 97-pound California blonde chick behind the wheel of something subtle like a Hummer (schoolbus yellow, of course) who doesn't quite "get" the whole "Laws of Physics" thing.

There's a Wendy's near me and every time I go through the drive-through lane I'm stunned by the number of scrape markings on the concrete retaining wall as I exit. These are the people we share the road with! They think concrete is gonna give! LOL

Ok, Cell calls piss me off but I admit I um am guilty of this sin. However Women are awful with Cell Phones! They look at you going 70mph as if your road scum waiting to be squished (Of course in there SUV!)

I also hate it when it is raining I feel as if most if not all people take a small retard pill that makes driving in the rain all that much more safer!

>Hey it means nothing driving a yellow hummer! Of course when

>you live in the North End of Boston and try to park one..Well

>there has to be another reason for owning one!

I thought that when you bought a Hummer, you got a special license allowing you to crush other cars flat using your Hummer and park on top of them. At least a lot of Hummer drivers around my neighborhood act like they're God's gift...

Supposedly, the dealership near me is the biggest in the US selling more of them than anyone else. They are sure plentiful around these parts.

Sauce for the gander

I think both genders are guilty of cell phone use while driving--guys may just be better at hiding it.

I am annoyed by drivers who refuse to use turn signals--and men are much guiltier of that transgression.

Other pet driving peeves: people who don't understand what green arrows on traffic lights mean, and people who don't understand the concept of alternate merge. I don't know the gender breakdown on those! :+

At the risk of sounding misogynistic, I must admit that more often than not, when I have a run in with an unobservant driver, it is a breastly being. I am a die hard pedestrian, but I still must deal with drivers on my daily sojourns... drivers who don't bother to look to see if anyone's crossing the intersection before making a right-hand turn, drivers who fail to yield to pedestrians in pedestrian crosswalks... and my biggest (although not so dangerous) pet-peeve... Drivers Who Can Plainly See That You Are Walking Down the Sidewalk Yet Pull Onto the Sidewalk, Cutting You Off, While Exiting the Supermarket Parking Lot. Then They Sit There, Blocking the Sidewalk, Waiting to Make a Left-Hand Turn.

You know the type....

To be quite honest, it's most frequently a woman driver who irks me. (Not to mention the vehicular acrobatics they perform in the parking lot where I work) However, they can be forgiven. After all, men are pigs, prone to spitting on the pavement and making fart joes at the dinner table.

It all evens out in the end.

I think the whole green arrow thing has to do with age. I remember my grandfather sitting at a blinking red light for 15 minutes. Finally he remarked "When is this thing going to change?"

I CAN'T STAND people who think "Right on Red" means that they have the "Right of Way" on red and don't do as they are supposed to...yield the right of way and proceed if and when all else is clear.

Had a friend years ago that was so happy she got a new car with cruise control. This was back when cruise control was new in cars or a extra in the car. She could not wait to drive it to work put it on cruise and then do her morning make-up thinking the car would drive itself to work. We all started laughing, when we told her what cruise was for she turn bright RED. Leave it to a woman to think that, OMG us men would have NEVER thought that with cruise control ;) ;-) I thought cruise was for turning it on then going down on the guy with you and the car drive's itself }(

When in doubt I whip it out :+

Try coming to Florida in Season!!! When you are behind a car and all you can see is the headrest and a pair of hands, you know you are in trouble. I can't really say any gender is more likely to raise my ire, more likely age will determine my level of anxiety. Our drive times almost double after December.

I'm not sure what you're point is. If you can see the driver's head when you are behind him, then that person does not have his headrest positioned correctly. In a rearend collision, an exposed head will snap backward, resulting in whiplash. So all you SHOULD see is the headrest, not his or her head.

I do a lot of expressway driving and my pet peeve are those drivers who won't or can't use their cruise control. You pass them and even though you remain at a constant speed, five minutes later they pass you and then proceed to slow down so you have to pass them again. They seem to think that driving is a game of tag.

The Qtips in NJ are as bad a Florida. But at least they voted for Kerry this time.

When I see a car ahead of me that you can't see the driver head I only pray its the driver going down on his passanger. Even that's safer than a having Ester and Harold in front of you.

God this is something I forgot totally!!! Women in Huge SUV's, your driving along the road and my god all you think is there someone driving that thing? All to find out it’s a very short small petite lady trying to look over the wheal. Maybe we should have high restrictions on some cars like roller costars?

I live in Florida and know what flguy means. I believe he's referring to the fact that there are seniors whose head is below the headrest (body shrinkage), no matter how you set it. I have witnessed this many times. I spent many years driving in the Boston area, which is no picnic. Florida scares me more, especially heavy retirement areas like Palm Beach County, because of the large number of seniors.

They drive too slowly for safety, especially when accelerating unto roads like I-95. It takes them a long time to park or pull out of a parking place. When I lived in PBC, I had about 2-3 near misses/day, almost always with a senior. Please don't misinterpret this post. We all grow old, and our senses become less sharp. I am merely pointing out a fact of life. Seniors do present a serious threat in Florida. I believe there are more seniors in Florida over 85 with valid drivers licenses than in any other state. Florida has just recently begun retesting their eyesight more frequently. Until recently, their eyesight was not restested until the license was up for renewal, which I think is every four years.
