I googled "penis insurance" and a few articles came up for the last several years. This appears to be a thing among British porn stars. Several have gotten million dollar policies and the cost is around $50-75k. However, erectile dysfunction is excluded from coverage.

 

I'd never heard of this so called gigolo until reading this post. Though I have seen his pictures all over Tumblr. All those tattoos detract from his looks IMHO. Give it ten or twenty years as the ink starts to fade and those muscles sag and see how hideous he appears.
