In addition to marylander's comments (which were spot-on) think of it like this: if the guy cancelled due to feeling under the weather, would you rather having him cancel or keep the appointment and deliver a so-so time because the escort wasn't feeling 100%.

In all seriousness, it's best to have a good laugh or a good cry over it, realize that you are probably better off for it, and simply move on from the experience. You won't be able to review him. Let it go for your own sanity! If you get the chance to pass your experience on privately to others, by all means do so, you may save some other person the same aggravation and disappointment you are going through.

I've been stood up twice in the last few months - in both cases they contacted me about 2 hours after the agreed-upon meeting time. One was a lame, flaky excuse an the other a real "fucktard' excuse, to use @down_to_business term. I shared my experience with both on the forum intermingled with positive comments from others. I'm not sure if that qualifies as a review - I think any kind of experiential discussion could be considered a review of some sort - but I think it's informative.

I think an independent, third-party would take away that if the guy shows up then you would likely have a good time.

In some cases I would take the chance and try to meet him... in others, for example if travelling and running on a tight schedule, I wouldn't.

I think there's something to be said for the guy cancelling rather than taking your money when he's not up to it. I've had a number of occasions where I wish the guy had called in sick rather than my being his bad day at work. If you've had good experiences with him before, maybe he's not such a fucktard (a word that is woefully underused).

I look at it this way if he cancels last minute. If you're really horny, wack off, get rid of your frustration...... then say to yourself, 'Damn, I have 200$-300$ more now in my pocket that I wouldn't have had an hour from now.
