Oh God, now you willed it.... Apparently he is posting "you know where" and saying that Daddy has his IP blocked so he cant create any new identy. He is also claiming not to be able to post here any longer, but his profile seems OPEN.... AND, if you really miss him, you can catch his ongoing verbal feud with Rockhard "at a theatre near you". Its hillarious !

I'm casually deleting my posts. If you go back through my posting history I've deleted about 30-40 posts today. Eventually they'll all be gone. I'm personally going to be contributing less on the forum because there's been too much negativity which is not needed.

 

Sorry to hear that, I have liked the contributions you have made to the site. It seems like the pros are posting less and less these days.

Kurtis, I'm pretty sure that the majority of the users of the forums appreciate your contributions. Even if some don't agree with everything you say, I'm certain they appreciate that your intentions are good.

 

It's a pity that you are deleting previous posts, because they were worthwhile contributions and by doing so you reduce the value of the other posts in the thread, by removing the context in which they were made.

I know the feeling. There are times at the end of the day when I will look back at a contentious thread, and I can't believe how I got sucked in...again. I think that we just get caught up in the moment, and all this emotion flows out, and then we get annoyed when others don't see how right we are, so then we want the last word, which of course never works out very well. So occasionally I will look back and delete posts, and ya know, sometimes it just feels like the right thing to do. Then I'll leave for a couple of days, just to clear my head.

 

Hope you guys aren't strangers...and remember, "We'll keep the home fires burning"

The way to raise the standard here is for people like you to post more, not less. Your input is thoughtful and accurate and interesting.

 

This is repeating what I said on the EOY vote, but I particularly appreciate that you lead by example, like your support and fundraising for Jeffrey on the Rentboy defense. Some people like to make long, preachy, and repetitive posts (you know, like me ;)). You tend to just do. Your nudging of Rentmen to raise their standards is another example. It's appreciated.

 

Besides, we'd miss your avatar. We have these schizo people like BVB who change their avatars once a week or so, and not once has he come up with a picture that is even remotely sexy. You seem to have hit the jackpot the very first time.

Please don't go too far. This forum may not be perfect, but it is the best I have found, and you both part of it.

So just a few things...I have been in the business for coming up on five years or so however my west coast tour is becomig a bit interesting as it seams clients have stopped looking at details like dates that your in a certain city,or getting upset you cant do incalls however the ad clearly states out calls only.. the haggling on rates I have come to understand to be a part of what can usually happen(obviously with in reason)...but just wondering if anyone else is kind of feeling bad having to reiterate the details losted on the ad,I feel kind of rude having to repoint out things like out call omly ect...what is the kindest way to reiterate these points?

 

I never haggle. But I do CONFIRM rates as posted. I see nothing wrong with that.
