Uh huh.....I was there. Luck can't help just plain ole sorry. 5 losses this year with a chance to win every one of them in the 4th quarter. No one seems able to make a play. We aint unlucky; we just awful.

 

We beat FSU only because their players brain farted and forgot to play the last play all the way to the whistle, which in our case happened when two officials raised their hands for a GT touchdown with :00 on the clock.

I'm not superstitious, but my dentist cancelled my appt for today with no explanation, so maybe she is superstitious, or maybe I am lucky.

Well, first thing this morning I got a call from the security department of my local bank that my debit card was being used in Ireland. I've never been to Ireland and neither has my card. Had to make an trip to the bank to fill out forms. I mentioned that to the Banker helping me that I guess this was the result of it being the 13th.

Me, very much so. I had a bad accident last week and needed to see a surgeon and my appointment was this week. The nurses were joking about Friday the 13th and I said, don't even joke. Tonight I was invited to a 50th birthday party, a gala event for our area to be sure and I said NO. I will not leave my house after work. Don't even put a black cat in front of me. Not sure why, but take Friday the 13th very seriously

It's not only Friday the 13th but is it Odd Day. This is the last time in this century that we will see 3 consecutive odd dates - 11/13/15. The next such occurrence is Even Day on 12/14/16.

Beirut, Lebanon had an equally horrible day on the 12th. ISIS attacks there claimed 43 lives and injured at least 239. Where's the reporting on that, let alone the outrage?

 

Baghdad, Iraq was also attacked by ISIS in the same period.

 

Terror and violence know no date. Groups like ISIS only care about superstitions in order to exploit them.
