What's happening here? The site seems to be wacking out a bit.

 

The opening page today tells us that the "the rest of the junk will be up soon" on the site. Unprofessional?

 

Hooboy is pining away about some lost love in Brazil and commenting on various topics. Not that he is without the right to do so but it all just seems a bit unusual.

While I'm not too clear on what point you are trying to make about Hooboy writing on topics, I must agree that things have been a bit unusual around here. Certainly the entries with regard to reviews are not on time. And, Hooboy's comments have sometime seemed like whining more than direct comments. But, it is his site and he may be emotionally strung out or something like that. So, I guess we just wait to see what happens.

You get what you pay for

 

As the regular guy reminds us, this site is free. Sometimes the coffee in your favorite restaurant isn't that good or even hot. But you still come back because the busboy is so damn cute.

When the day comes that the world traveling homeless guy starts charging to use this site, well then, I guess we can gripe when we want.

Several posters have offered advice to the lonely one in recent months and he always says he is fine. So he knows where the therapy center is if he wants it. I am sure there are plenty here that would tell him what he could do, if he asked.

Have a safe flight and don't worry about the place. We all love you and actually, the increased amount of time you have been spending interacting on the different posts has livened the place up, for me at least. Thanks Oz, never made it to the party. I didn't even know where it was. Besides, I do not go to gay events anymore unless I am with a bunch of people. I was up all night working and even drank my first cup of coffee to help stay awake. Yecch. For some reason my email would not work, but that probably isn't enough "junk" for people to bitch about.

This site is FREE to all of those who want a vast amount of info & images about escorts. If you don't prefer it or simply want to bash HB for working his ass off, then simply frequenting this site. It's likely to me that most who complain around here don't donate jack-squat when the time comes around.

 

In any event, if you've got a complaint, then at least have the maturity to email HB privately. It's quite tacky to air that kind of dirty laundry here on the MC, as HB's trying his best with what he's currently got to work with.

 

Just cut him some slack guys.

I don't have a huge amount of sympathy for those who complain about reviews being late (or not being posted at all) because I've never found the reviews very useful to begin with -- too many fakes, too many old guys and too many in places I never visit. As far as I'm concerned Hooboy can post them as late as he wants -- or never.

 

On the other hand, I don't criticize people who complain about a site with free access because I keep in mind that the owner of the site is also getting the content that brings people here -- the reviews and messages -- for free. If this site is as popular as Hooboy says, it's because of the content that is provided free of charge by visitors. So shouldn't they be treated with some respect also? Obviously there are some here who don't agree with that.

 

Regarding Hooboy's recent comments in the MC, I don't see why anyone would regard them as either a problem or a surprise. He has said many times that he seldom visits the MC, but I think we all knew that wasn't true, so what's the big deal?

 

I'm not worried that Hooboy will take offense at anything in this post, because he also said quite recently that he doesn't read my posts. If a tree falls in the forest and there's no one present to hear it, does it make a sound?

I can see some of you guys bitching "IF" you are paying to visit the site but "YOUR NOT PAYING". The site is free for all to enjoy. If you don't like the delays or the late or no postings go somewhere else and pay for it. Hooboy (Garbo the hoo) wants to run late that's his doing. Again "WHAT THE FUCK YOU WANT FOR FREE"
