April 2000; I was a scared person but saw this ad and said OK let's do it; found

out he was a very nice person and our first time together was something special. Wow it ended up

together now 15 years later.

Are you still hiring him or did a personal relationship develop?

Not to make too huge a thing of this, but I haven't shared this with very many of you...I went home with the wrong guy back in the early 80's and was raped and beaten up and thought I was going to be killed. I didn't have sex again for years. I was scared to death of men in general. Then my ex-boyfriend from before all this happened gave me a birthday present: he bought me a guy. He called up MaleCall, an agency that operated in Chicago back then and found a guy he thought I would like and sent him over. I was a nervous wreck, but we had a good time. I remember the relief I felt because I had wondered all that time if I would ever be able to have sex again without crying and breaking down. I became a fairly regular customer of MaleCall. I don't remember that first guy's name. I wish I did, but I simply don't.

Then the internet was born and Hooboy came along and the rest is history!

Well, after reading the bits and pieces...etc.

...I have never since experienced that "feeling of emptiness deep in my gut"!

Nevermore!

Wait a minute! Hold the phone! WTF!!!

Wha?!! Are WG and QTR the same guy/girl? I mean I knew they both enjoyed a bit of bondage play, but I had no idea!!! :p:D:D LOL!

My first time was a train wreck. About 5 years ago. Had a few massages with happy extras before that and decided "why not" and took the plunge. Found this cowboy like guy here in LA - made the date and went to his place. Decorated like a crazy cat lady/ antique mart. He told me to stick a finger in his ass and then he passed out on me. No joke. He was definitely coming down from partying. I was petrified/mortified/and then finally just pissed off. I woke him up and he asked for 200. He was persistent and I was getting freaked and so I gave him 100 and screamed "you passed OUT!" and ran out the door. Since then I always check reviews and haven't had a bad turn since...knock on wood!

I think it's ca. 1985. It's one of those expressions that came and went. Everybody used it for a year or two and then it disappeared.

I have posted this several time before, so I will be brief. I met someone at Rounds (NYC hustler bar which closed around 1994) on my second visit -- a college student who looked like a ripped Scott Baio (mother from Peru, dad from Italy). He gave me his parents' phone number (before cell phones) in Glen Cove. We called back and forth. He traveled down to Philly for an appointment that lasted about 24 hours and cost $200 (including Amtrak). The sex was semi-spectacular to just o.k. It redoubled my interest in South American men.

I saw him once more before school started and he made enough to pay for college, so a very short career as an escort.

Back when my dear departed Mother was still around, I'd call her once or twice a month. She'd always answer:

"Hello?"

"Hi, Mom, it's your Son."

"Just a minute, let me get my drink."

Not quite "hold the phone," but close enough.

Not even I am old enough to have used that second phone, although I remember an older cousin of my dad's had one of those wall phones without even a rotary dial where you had to turn a "winder handle" on the side to get the operator. They lived on a farm outside of Pittsburg, Kansas and had a well you had to pump water from. I was about 7 or 8 and we visited about 3 or 4 times a year:

Well my late dad was always flabbergasted by my cell phone. He would say, "Now I know how garandpa (that would be my great grandfather) felt when the phone rang and he could not comprehend that someone could be talking to another person who was miles away! Of course there was one phone for the entire building and I'm sure that it looked something like what TH has pictured!

Sorry that this phone business has hijacked this thread. However blame TH for that!!!!

To get this thread back on track... I specifically got my first cell phone for two reasons.

1. I had gotten stuck with my car when out of state and realized that having a mobile phone would have made the experience less harrowing.

2. However, I failed to act expeditiously on that. What REALLY made me get a cell phone was when I realized that it would be needed to hire escorts!!!! That was the impetus and the rest is history!!!!! Of course then I needed to learn how to text!!!! I'm sure others can relate... So hold the phone indeed!

Me too. The fuel pump in my car gave out just as I was exiting the Bay Bridge in San Francisco. Fortunately, I was able to coast all the way off the bridge. But then I had to find a pay phone to call somebody to tow me. The next day, I got a cell phone.

Well - my first time was sort of by accident. I thought I was signing up for a rub and tug. The guy was super hot, one thing led to another and he wound up fucking me.

The first purposeful time was in NYC - I hired a long-gone guy well reviewed here who's name I can't remember but included "cowboy" somewhere. Went to his place, and I came 5 times that evening.

I actually have one of those. I gave the other to my sister.

They came out of the house we grew up in, which is currently on the market. On a recent visit, I noticed "our" phones (they still have our family phone number on the dial) still hard-wired to the house. It was the days before modular jacks. Mom was pissed off for YEARS that the phone company wouldn't let her take her phones with her when she sold the house.

I had my realtor contact the seller and get them for me.

Got 'em, mom!

Summer 2000. Two time zones away from home in Denver, while on a biz trip. Hired a gorgeous, well-reviewed (thanks again Hoo!) Latino who worked as a clerk in a law firm and moonlighted to supplement his income. Complete and total success. Hired him again two nights later, leading to 15 years of scorching hot fun fun fun.

This thread really got me thinking. I know his name was Louis and he was NYC based though he came to me in NJ. I remember that he retired a couple of years later. I have no idea as to the year (or even decade). He was the first guy that I ever enjoyed getting fucked by. I'm pretty sure I found him from the HooBoy site. And BTW, does anyone remember the domain name of the Hooboy site? I was going to look it up in one of the website archives but can't remember exact name.
