It's been talked about on here before. I think more than once. So let me get this right, if someone is gay he's supposed to follow a prescribed political path and think exactly like you want? Sorry but that's about as condescending and narrow minded as expecting every African American to be a democrat. Gays have fought against stereotypes for years. No one is asking anyone to agree with his politics, but slamming him for his opinion when by all accounts he seems to excel at his job makes the person doing it seem as closed minded as they're claiming he is. This is becoming kind of ugly. A few stray thoughts (1) Yes, hiring an escort is kind of like hiring an auto-mechanic. They are not your friend or significant other but someone hired to perform a service. You're not buying their soul - you might as well say you won't hire a lawyer or doctor if they don't follow your religious opinions or belong to a certain race - your money, your choice but hiring someone for a few hours isn't a replacement for real relations. So long as some one is on prep their odds of contacting HIV are on a par with someone who uses condoms - and in any case your health is under your control - if you think condoms are magical use one - this "slut" shaming is getting old. Calling someone a nazi for having differing political believes is offensive and over the line. As for boycotts, remember that the gay population is a small percentage of the population. Wouldn't it be great if straight people started boycotting any business owned by gays because they didn't agree with their lifestyle? Here's a strange idea, maybe instead of wanting to surround ourselves with people who were 100% like us it wouldn't hurt to listen to different opinions - you don't have to agree with them but demonizing people with different opinions isn't good for anyone. Half of the reason our political system is as messed up as it is is because somewhere along the line people stopped compromising and listening to others but turned into jihadists with absolutely no tolerance for different opinions. I've never read what this guy has to say and I doubt I agree with much of it, but maybe he should start demanding that anyone who wants to hear him has to have certain political opinions - since that's what we're requiring of him.
