I've never heard it used for tag before. I mean I was never that far away from the It-Person during tag. It was easy to see who the new It-Person was. While I knew what PK meant, my memories of it for Hide-N-Seek are slightly different. I remember 'Ollie Ollie All (or possibly Out) Come Free" which seems to me to make more sense as I never played the game with oxen (or any other ruminant for that matter).

I should have been able to figure it out on my own, since purplekow has posted several more times in this thread, none of those post relate to his original question. Also, I am just now reading Starbucks' parody on page 1 of this thread. One thing is sure, it difficult to figure out what a thread is about, just by the name.

I received a nice e mail from Mr. Draker. He is alive and well and making selected men in Europe very satisfied. He misses us all terribly but the demands of his very active schedule have left him with little time for shenanigans and whatnot. He may return at some future date, maybe soon, but for now, he is floating free like the beautiful butterfly he is. He suggested that he has been spending some time polishing his EOY tiara and he urges us all to live the life which best makes us happy.
