Actually, he's in a Cub Scout uniform (for kids younger than 12). Boy Scout uniforms are a different color and are for kids 12-18 years old.

 

And, I've got to agree, it does kinda creep me out that an escort is using a Cub Scout uniform to advertise.

I never thought of it that way but when you put it that way it is super creepy. I guess it's the same as women dressing as school girls. Guys are fantasizing about something not quite right. Goodlooking guy though.
