Should I be worried or am I overreacting?

I recently went on vacation to a Caribbean country which is known for prostituition but also has a fairly high aids rate(about .1 percent higher than the US) while there I hired a masseur and he ended up being the first guy to top me. You are more likely to get mugged in a carribean country than get HIV from a properly used undamaged condom. If it didn't break there was no fluid exchange, you're fine. But if it did break, well then that is a problem. The jelly that was leaking could be lube, mucus etc.

There is a post exposure prophylaxis. Go get tested, take the prophylaxis and get tested again in 3 to 6 months. Sitting at home worrying about it does you no good. The condom would have been reasonable protection and even without a condom, the chances for exposure after a single exposure is tiny. You have bottom's remorse. Likely the fluid was lube or mucous. I think you just need to relax, but I agree with purplekow that if you want to do something then going to a doctor for testing and to discuss pep makes more sense than sitting at home worrying about it. I also agree with Killian that what you saw leaking could very well have just been lube or mucus.

 

I doubt you would hear a condom rip or tear if that happened while you were getting fucked, but I hesitate to write that because you already seem extremely worried about that possibility. One suggestion I have for your next time: If you want to make sure that condom stayed intact, then either you take it off your partner after you've finished or retrieve it from the trash so you can verify that, in fact, it's intact and has your partner's cum in it. Also, some guys don't allow other guys to come in them, even while using condoms, so if this raises your anxiety level too much you could simply let your partners know that you want them to pull out before they come.

I think he picked up the envelope of the condom and it was from a reputable Thai company (condoms are usually made in other countries) but he didn't put his hands on the trash and grab the condom to look at it, he just fell the "sperm like liquid leaking out of his ass".
