Margaret Cho on HBO

I saw Margaret Cho last night on HBO. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I think it was her best ever. I loved it whenever she talked about straight sex, and she acted like one of the queens in the audience, sticking her fingers in her ears, and humming so she wouldn't have to hear herself talking about straight sex.

We got to watch it last night as well. We actually watched it 2 times. I thought she was wonderful and her jokes still have me laughing today!

I find her extremely funny and being asian, I can identify with her humor (her asian jokes that is)!

 

Basically, she can make milk come out of my nose quite easily! ;-)

I was so disappointed I eventually switched it off. It was a complete bust compared to her CD of her performances in SF. boooooorrrring!x(

'Notorious CHO' was a little more raunchy than her first taped endeavour, but funny just the same. Her latest tour 'Revolution' was all-new material and will be out in theatres soon.

 

Yet another reason to brave the multiplex, scream at the price of popcorn and laugh your ass off

Her stuff is funny. However, she is the only comedian that I know of that takes very long pauses after the audience laughs at something. It is as if she waits for each person to stop laughing. It can be aggravating at times.

I was having a sexy encounter with a hot guy via computer the other night and we were really having a good time chatting and stuff and he kept laughing a lot. I thought he was enjoying me. When I told him what I just said wasn't "that" funny, he admitted the entire time he had been laughing at Margaret Cho.

 

Wish I could see her over here so I could get some laughs other than the ones when I walk into revolving doors the wrong way and ask for to go food at restaurants (para levar) but instead say Protectivo.

 

That always gets a laugh.

 

I really think Ellen is at the top of her game right now and I really miss her.

 

That's DeGenerous for those who are out of the loop like me and protectivo is condoms. I guess you never can be too safe in other countries, but it would be the USA where the cows are pissed that I'd want the protectivo.
